I think the first post needs to differentiate as most of the bugs are in the GM too; so they're continuing bugs, not new bugs.
Ex. The all contacts issue is in the GM too; no difference. Spotlight lag isn't really a new bug either it appears in the GM.
Being marked new bugs to 9.1 would help people decide 9.0 or 9.1 beta. So far most of the bugs are continuing iOS9

Well you could try it and see, i like the stock keyboard, and as you can see, almost no one uses third party keyboards.
whats the carrier version with 9.1 public/beta 1? most should have carrier name 21.0 in 9.0 gm, any change here?

I'm using nintype and it's an improvement so far.
On PublicBeta3 it was a nightmare... crashes, not appearing...
But on 9.1.. Not a single crash until now *fingers crossed* (Could not test the GM, I like beta Stuff, so i upgraded instant to 9.1 :3)
The keyboard appeared instantly (compared to older ios versions).
Whatsapp is not working on an iPhone 5s with 9.1 for me.
Working fine on my iPhone 6 running 9.0 GM, so definitely a 9.1 issue.
[Bug] When adding a contact photo, you can't zoom or move the photo to fit the circle. Same thing happens on both the iPhone and iPad - added to the list.

Everything seems great for me, but I can't back up to iCloud: says there is not enough storage now. There was last night! Any ideas? Anyone else tried this?
**Edit: yeah, iCloud backup seems to be broken. It's telling me my next back up is 0 bytes. Will plug in and back up when I get home!

Go into manage storage and see if there are multiple backups there. Delete any you don't need (if there are any). If you can backup to iTunes, do so then delete all iCloud backups and try again.
[Edit] Well it does look like iCloud backup may be broken. It worked fine on GM earlier today but after 9.1 I, like others, am getting a "Next backup Size 0 bytes". I suspect it broken again haven't tried to get another backup but that is how it acted in earlier betas of 9.0 when it didn't work.

Yeah, only one in there that says 0 bytes. I'm not near my back up Mac at the moment, so I'll have to try to back up later. Interestingly, when I go into Manage Storage, it says under Latest Backup it says Never... hmmm
**Edit: ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! I just plugged it into my Macbook Pro that I do have with me and look at the date of the last iCloud update!!

There might be a whatsapp update coming... this version is having issues the the iOS 9 GM & 9.1 builds.
Does anyone know how to turn off show all music? After 9.1 when I opened the music app it asked if I wanted to show all music, for ***** and giggles I tapped it but now I don't know how to turn it off. I thought it was in settings under music but I'm not seeing it under music, iTunes and App Store, or the music app it's self. Help is appreciated.
in music press where it says artists in the middle of the screen with a down arrow beside it, at the bottom is a only offline music toggle
In the 'My Music' tab of the Music app, underneath recently added, tap where it says "Songs" (or artists or albums or whatever you have it set to, or if you're in the playlists tab tap "All Playlists") and then you'll see an option to show "Only Offline Music"

iPhone 5 here... Updated from 9PB5 directly to 9.1 OTA. It is very smooth and Whatsapp seems to be working just fine.
Installed 9.1 an hour ago and it's not as good as 8.4. It's better then PB 3 for sure. I didn't do a clean install though.
