Are you using a 6s or 6s Plus? 3D Touch menus are awfully slow on the 6s Plus.
I'm seeing lag on 3D Touch shortcuts as well on my 6S Plus. I'm hoping it's just the indexing?

I hope so as well. They were a little slow on 9.0.2, but they're much slower here.I'm seeing lag on 3D Touch shortcuts as well on my 6S Plus. I'm hoping it's just the indexing?
IPhone 5S and IPA2.
It's all good enough for me!
iPhone 6 and iPad Air 2 both running great here, DFU restore and set up as new.
Generally not much of a difference, but for some the might have some issues it might be worth a try.Did anybody here do an upgrade via iTunes? Will there be a noticeable improvement rather than updating OTA?

I'll just hitchhike on your post if you don't mind! I agree, my iPhone 6 128gig has less lag on 9.1Performance is improved on my iPhone 6. There seems to be less of the delay when opening an app.
I wonder, does the note 5 have these lags?

The Note 5, for having 4GB of RAM and an Octocore processor, runs like ****.
