Not sure if this is a bug, but I forgot to turn on wifi but when I clicked on to update to 9.2 beta it allowed me to install over cellular, a 1.4 gig update! I have unlimited data so it wasn't an issue, but it didn't make me log into Wifi to download it.

It's far better than it was in 9.1 but at times it still does have a little lag. The iPhone 6 however is flawless on 9.2.
Just to be clear...the lag thats gotten better is when you tap to go back to an app right? The choppy zoom in? Because scrolling in the app switcher on my Air 2 has always been pretty smooth. Its when you tap an app where it drops to about 10 FPS....

Yes thats the lag which has been fixed :)

Yeah the scrolling part is fine, it's when you tap on an app "card" and the app zooms in to fill the screen. That animation is where the frame rate drops, although oddly more so if you tap on an app further back in the "card" list.

Beta 2 added the option for NumberSync for AT&T to enable wifi calling from a device not near your iPhone.

It still happens with some apps. Not fixed yet, unfortunately.
