My iCloud music library suddenly gets switched for no reason and all my offline songs get deleted . This has been an issue with previous versions of iOS 9 as well . Very very frustrating as I have to download 40 GB of music all over again and I reach my providers monthly data cap. I never toggle my settings for music and disable iCloud music library so not sure why the OS does it by itself

That happened to me when I switched btw my app store accounts which are in different countries. I even was on a stable release. Did you have such a case?
 
I have updated it. 91MB download for iOS 9.3.1. Not a big deal.
Now, if that "automatic adjusting brightness causes game laggy" remains unfixed, then I will revert to iOS 9.3.1.

I had switched app stores to download the google keyboard which is us only . Didn't realise that its a possible cause for this. Its happened to me before on previous versions of iOS 9 also when I haven't switched the App Store

Laggy. Still LAGGY when adjusting brightness automatically! Maybe better than one of those betas, but this one. No. Apple. No.
I can say it's definitely worse than iOS 9.3.1.

got some lag too, but when playing games like three or espgulada etc... like 30fps sometimes, does it come from the autobrightness setting?

In previous test yes, it comes from auto brightness setting.
But for this version, I don't know, yet.
