I didn't undestand

Where's blurred app?? Where is it?
image.jpeg image.jpeg

This is the blurred app I'm talking about. When there are **4 or more cards onscreen**, the leftmost one will be blurred. If this blurred app card is onscreen, the switcher stutters whenever you go into an app. Oddly enough, it doesn't ever stutter if you go into the blurred one. I think this is because there is no blurring to manipulate and mess with while the animation plays out, since the blurring disappears once you click on the blurred app, if you so choose to go into that one. If you tap on any other non-blurred app card, it will stutter.

Now, these two photos. Notice how there are only **3 cards on the screen**. If there are only 3 cards on the screen, notice how to the left there is no blurred app. This can be the case of there are only 1 or 2 cards on screen as well, no blurred app to the left. If there is no blurred app card, everything is EXTEMELY quick and smooth in comparison to situations seen in the first two pictures I uploaded.

Hopefully this better explains what I'm trying to say.

Well yeah, gaussian blur is always pretty taxing. I'm guessing this is why they switched to Metal.

Don't know about you guys but I was pretty happy with the iOS 7/8 app switcher. Was way more functional and less annoying that the crappy one we have to deal with these days, which can't seem to differentiate between taps and swipes very consistently.

Well iOS 8 went all the way to 8.4.1 and the initial releases were not as soon as iOS 9.x ones. So perhaps there will be more before 10 drops

8.4 was released primarily to introduce Apple Music, which was pretty well telegraphed, IIRC, at the time. I don't see a parallel situation here, so my guess is that 9.3.x is it. Not ruling out 9.3.3 for bug fixing purposes, but wouldn't be surprised if 9.3.2 is the end of the line, either.

Lag during auto-brightness adjustment has returned for me despite having restored as new and manually reinstalling/reconfiguring all apps.

Nothing today boys. But I have seen Apple release stuff as late as 4pm. I would say maybe tomorrow and if not tomorrow then next week for sure

Apple has just updated iWork for both OSX and iOS. Shocked to not see iOS or OSX update.

Anyone got issues with websites blanking?

1% remaining on my iPhone 6S+ and 7 hr, 27 min usage. HORRIBLE.

Debating if I should downgrade to 9.3.1

Alrighty. Not today. Next week it is.
Perhaps tomorrow or later today as well. Have seen them come down on Thursdays as well. That may indicate that beta 4 is not the release version and further last minute tweaks are being made.

Public releases typically are Tuesday or Wednesday. i don't think we will see another Beta. I'm guessing next Tuesday. We won't see it today. Public releases are always 10AM PDT, unless after an event, then its 1PM PDT.
