Huh. Not what I'm seeing. I stand corrected on that. What device do you have?
That happens in almost every device I have tried. You might say it's not a really important bug, but I use Safari all the time and it looks awful. Not impeding me from using my phone but it's certainly ugly.

Just to name a few. I actually resubmitted these (some last year, as you can see) in the hope that they would get fixed. No luck.
I don't doubt that these bugs exist. The question for you, however, is do they really detract from the user experience? Why would a user wake and sleep the device multiple times quickly, for example? Sure, it might invoke the bug, but who cares? It's like the old thing about whether a tree falling in an empty forest makes any sound: if a bug doesn't impact normal use, is it really a bug?

It's a UI bug. And yes, for me personally (as well as many other people) they do detract from the user experience. All of these little things do add up and take away from the overall feeling of quality in the OS and the fit and finish of the product as a whole.

Exactly. And isn't one of the value ads for Apple their supposed attention to the small details? I'm not seeing it with their software lately.

Can anyone confirm that when iPad Pro updated to iOS 9.3 beta, the Apple Pencil will have some limitations? (i.e. Cannot scroll up and down in home page or in the app)

9.3 pub beta has a issue with pics. If it does download a pic sometimes it gives a write error, or it downloads 2. Then if you select a picture and delete it. It doesn't show in the trash bin until you try 3 times. Just my experience so far.
iPhone 6s Plus

I have iPad Mini 2 and i updated my device to 9.3 beta 1 PB yesterday. After then, everytime i try to open AppStore, it exits spontaneously. Of course i tried shut down and open up my device but the problem is going on. It this related to this update or something specific for me?

"Bugs" like these, UI issues, are towards the bottom of the list in terms of priority.

Apple are fixing bugs that are much more important. Your bugs might not be fixed for a while.

After locking orientation in a landscape mode, Control Center automatically closses and screen orientation changes to a portrait mode. This is way better than before.

Any report of performance on iPhone 5?

Pulling down Spotlight no longer lags;
Typing on keyboard is smoother;
Swiping in app switcher Lags more than 9.2 and 9.2.1;
Scrolling in apps that calculate element height through AutoLayout (e.g: Twitter, WeChat) is laggy

In the Battery section I'm seeing a ton of use by the Facebook app, much more than I did before installing the beta, and disproportionate to how much I've been using the app.

Yeah, Facebook has notoriously had issues with their app regarding battery usage. I deleted it a while ago and use Paper now. It's a much more elegant app in my opinion.

I remember that and deleted it for a while myself. But after they updated it, it was mostly better. But this seems even worse than that now, odd.

Sometimes betas break APIs.
[doublepost=1453050842][/doublepost]I'm noticing tapatalk having a lot of background usage. How about you guys?

I'm noticing my phone seems to always have an app running in the background. Even if I have background app refresh off.
Background app refresh doesn't control the ability of apps to run in the background, as that is functionality that is built-in into the OS (background app refresh is simply one feature relating to how an app can run the background).

After upgrading to 9.1.3 have an issue where about once a day i cannot send or receive photos I'm iMessage, text is fine. The bar goes about 90% across and after about 5 mins it fails. I reboot the phone and it fixes it but will usually start again. I just reset network settings and I will so how that goes. Id rather wait to see if beta 2 or 3 fixes it rather then wiping the entire phone and restore from back up. Thats an all day job with all the stuff I have and a pain.

It appears the keyboard switching button (the globe on the bottom left) of my Smart Keyboard does not appear to be working on my iPad Pro. Anyone else noticing this?

It looks like they are fixing "more important" bugs since iOS 7.
