iOS 9.3 Beta 3 Bug fixes, Changes and Performance Improvements

I've noticed this as well. I haven't lost any data. But had to sign into the netflix app again on both iPad and iPhone.
Had an odd error this morning: got a notification on my laptop and my iPhone that my apple ID had been used to sign in to a new iPad. I hadn't touched my iPad, which is on iOS 9.3 PB 3. Normally I also get an email notification when that happens but no email was generated. This was around 10am EST.
I wonder if this was linked to you guys losing your data this morning too?

I can't speak for everyone, but mine is still pretty awesome. I work from home, and am on wifi quite a bit, but I end the day with > 70% battery remaining... my usage time is typically about 20-25% of the standby time (currently at just over 10 hours standby and 2:37 usage... and 87% battery remaining. (and that's with the Samsung chip!)

Apps Don’t adjust volume to conform to overall system volume until the volume button is tapped again - one tap will drop the volume to zero if system is muted and vice versa. Leading music to remain at max volume or too low.
Back button in safari causes freezing and reloading each time. Haven't yet tried deleting content. That may be the issue for me.

Has anyone else had a problem with the recent photos bar when sharing a photo in messages?
If I click the camera icon, the recent bar shows two photos from over six months ago and nothing else.
I've also noticed that on occasions, adding a photo doesn't actually add it to the conversation/send it. So I've had to send from the photos app itself.

Battery life is excellent for me on 9.3 PB3 on an iPhone 6s (set up as new).
No major issues except where Touch ID requires two attempts before the phone is unlocked, after unlocking it for a split second the first attempt.
Everything else seems pretty solid and any other issues are pretty insignificant.

I'm getting weird issues with notifications. I'll look on my lock screen when I wake up in the morning and there will be a few notifications. I'll unlock and swipe down to see notification center and there will be more notifications (that didn't show up on my lock screen). Then, I'll go into messages app and see that I received messages, but never got a push notification for them.
Yep. I have all kinds of problems with the messages app and selecting photos. I think it may be due to the fact that I use iCloud library.
When I go into photos app, and I tap on a photo that's been uploaded to iCloud, and I tap on it, it will show the indicator that it is downloading, but it always stops at about a quarter way through, and there's no way to download the photo.
Anyone else having issues with apps trying to update and then just breaking themselves? It is now happening to me every single time an app tries to update.
I've had quite a few apps update on both my iPhone 6 and iPad Pro since beta 3 and they all updated and work as they should.
I'm experiencing a lot of JavaScript lag on my iPad mini 1st gen. Websites can take 30-40 seconds to load (will be blank white until it loads) with JavaScript enabled, but just a few seconds with JavaScript disabled.
One possible reason is because I am in China right now and some third party hosts related to JavaScript on some sites are loading very slowly or giving up which allows the page to eventually render.
My only rejection to this theory is that website performance is dramatically better with JavaScript disabled - scrolling produces no "checker boarding" (white space in iOS9). I can't see how JavaScript can invoke that much lag, unless websites are THAT riddled with Ads and JavaScript that it is the case
Thinking about just leaving it disabled for now as it makes my old iPad mini feel like a beast, and I'm seeing no negative effect on the websites I frequent.
My iPhone 5S experiences similar delays to loading some pages too, but no performance issues - I can only presume JavaScript is really a huge impact on performance for some sites on lower end devices like my iPad mini 1st gen

Yeah, I have this too. Not every time - it's happened twice. Only resolution is to restart.
I've never turned transparency off and my phone doesn't have lag. All phones are different
I haven't read through all 21 pages so excuse me if this has already been posted. Swiping between open apps via 4-finger-gesture causes the screen to go blank for a second on my iPad Mini 4. Very annoying as I use this feature all the time.
Might be related to the icloud verification issue a few of us are experiencing. There is a work around if you're willing to roll back to beta 2 then restore then update to beta 3.

If you put it in notification center it won't actually show up until there is some kind of battery device connected. This is not a new feature
Thanks for the answer. I tried resetting all settings on my phone. Didn't do anything. Then all of a sudden it started working. Then a minute later it stopped again. Works perfectly on my iPad though. :/
