My experience on my 6S Plus is completely opposite of yours.

1. CC is silky smooth regardless of how I interact with it.

2. Cellular menu is perfectly smooth especially considering the list of apps is very, very long in my case.

Very pleased with the performance under iOS 9.3 Beta 3.

Radon, I thought you had moved on to an Android? iOS 9.3 Beta 3 is exceptionally smooth, compares very well with any previous iteration of iOS. Only thing left for me is to see how battery life is on iOS 9.3 Beta 3. Otherwise iOS 9 is ready for production. Heck even my lowly iPad 2 is working nicely! Enough to be able to hang in there until the release of the iPad Air 3.

I wouldn't say beta 3 is ready for production yet. Beta 3 broke tapping on news articles in the Proactive Search screen. (It doesn't launch safari and take you to the article, it just does nothing except highlight.)

Plus other new bugs like the time after unlocking to the Home Screen not showing for 2-10 seconds (or until you launch an app)

Perhaps I should have said "almost ready" for production? ;) Having said that, I am not seeing the behavior you are seeing on the Proactive Search screen. Depending on the link it either opens Safari or the News app. I tried both the default search articles or entering a keyword. In both cases I get an actual article and never a just a "highlight". Try a reset?

And yes I am seeing the Time issue on the Home screen but a showstopper for me. Either Beta 4 or the GM with sure;ly deal with that minor glitch.

I did say "or better" as well :p

But the over consensus for beta 3 seems to be a thumbs up all around on pretty much every device so far.

My 6 even though its using Metal has been quite a lot better than beta 2. Roughly the same as beta 1 (same or better in different areas.) The biggest noticible difference for me in beta 3 being apps launch quicker after the tap. (The delay seems to be a lot shorter than all previous iOS 9 updates.)
That's great to hear, the delay was pretty much fixed with 9.2, but it still wasn't perfect. It was good enough where it didn't bug me to the point of complaining, but it still bothered me every so often if you get what I mean.

Canada doesn't have the News app yet. So tapping the articles in Proactive Search screen has always just launched the article in Safari. That broke in beta 3 (at least for people outside the US.)

This same bug also happened very early on in 9.0 beta 2.

It still happens from time to time that it's not near instant. But every OS or piece of software hiccups from time to time. But when it doesn't hiccup, it's very near instant on my 6 now and the best it's been for me out of all iOS 9 versions.

Can anyone confirm if its now possible to rate songs in the Music app by:
1. Open Music app
2. Play a song
3. Tap on the song title
4. Does it show the rating or take you to a artist page?

Move your finger up a few mm :) you tap the album art now (the whole top half of the player screen) for the star rating. As you've noticed tapping the song is now the shortcut to the album that song is from. (Which was previously hidden in the "..." Menu and then tapping the song/cover art within the menu.)

Is anyone else using an iPad Air noticing Safari getting really slow after browsing for a while? Not only was it slow as hell, but it was barely loading ahead as I scroll down on the page, so I was getting that effect where it scrolls up blank space which then fills in.

Restarting Safari seems to fix it for a while but then the problem comes back. Also, other apps seem to get kicked out often when Safari is running. Memory leak?

Hi everyone, this is my first post so if I say something stupid, please excuse me:D. I've noticed that the snap animation when closing multiple cards in the switcher is still not fixed, it s a heck better but it s still there. Also, when I slide the passcode screen, it is choppy, I m using a 5s by the way.

Maybe that is the issue. Someone reported that there is an entry for the News app under iCloud settings on devices that do not have the News app. Perhaps this link just cannot be opened when the News app is disabled, so it is possible that Apple is either preparing to enable the News app for your country soon or that they are tweaking the mechanism that enables the app.

I'm kinda hoping it's because they might finally bring the app to Canada (The iCloud toggle could be an indication of that.) I don't know if I would actually use it but it would be nice to actually have one of the "big" features of iOS 9 available. It's annoying having key outlined features locked to region. (Looking at you Apple Pay *sigh* from iOS 8 and still not really activated here unless you have an American Express card.)

I dont think adding an iCloud toggle is anything to do with enabling the app (it's region based, I can change my region to the US and get the app and always have been able to do that since the beginning of 9.0 beta.)

Has anyone noticed the slight jump of the settings list right before the section entering animation?

Is this a new beta 3 bug?

To reproduce:
Open Settings.app
Scroll down (doesn't matter how much, it just has to be down)
Enter any settings section or category

(The bug can be repeated going back to Settings main menu and scrolling down again)

Anybody using a Garmin activity tracker with this beta? If so is there any improvement in the Bluetooth issue?

Weird bug I've been encountering since 9.3 pb1-when I try to search within the settings app, it simply crashes!! Wondering if anyone else has had this problem... Hope it's fixed in pb3! I'm using an iPhone 6 btw

I'm also noticing this.

God, I love 9.3. If they could fix the stutter when swipe for passcode, scrolling and the animation bubble in the messages app, it would be perfect.

It's not new. I first noticed it in 9.2 betas, and all of the 9.3 betas.
