I don't have that bug and never had it?
You have it, you just don't know how to make it come up. Open Safari, and press the 'Tabs' button in the lower right hand corner. Then press the home button to go to the home screen and then open Safari again. You'll see it.

How are you reproducing this? I am not seeing it on 6S, 6S Plus or iPad Pro, all on B5
It's much more pronounced on iPhones vs iPads. Open Safari, and press the 'Tabs' button in the lower right hand corner. Then press the home button to go to the home screen and then open Safari again. You'll see it.

The best feature in this Beta on the iPad is the video fullscreen mode in the Podcast App. This was something I missed for a long time!

Everything is great for me on a 6s Plus except AT&T wifi calling isn't working. Anyone know how to get it back?

I cannot reproduce it either. Tried several times in regular and private mode and nothing. Works fine for me. Maybe a certain number of tabs have to be open?

BTW I typically leave safari in tab view mode so when I come back I can see the tabs I may want to go back to. Never have seen this issue.

So annoying...
[doublepost=1456896750][/doublepost]
It's been there since 9.0 I believe. First noticed it and reported it when 9.1 came out. Kind of frustrating that it still hasn't been fixed.
Considering that it's a small visual glitch that only shows up under specific circumstances and doesn't even seem to appear for many people (as a number of people can't even seem to reproduce it) it does't seem all that strange that based on its likely very low severity and also priority that there are plenty of other things Apple has ahead of it on their plate.

HELL
I hope that there'll be a 6th public beta, simply due to this:

Siri still has no humorous response for "Call the TARDIS."

Found the bug! Once clicking on Nigh Shift in Control Center, unable to dismiss prompt window with home button. Need to lock and unlock device. Not always, because sometimes it's enabling inmediately.
What prompt window?

Can you then tell us what are "priorities" ? Listening you, I feel like none of the iOS 9 bugs is a priority and none need to be fixed because "they are only small bugs".

I just updated to PB 9.3 release 5 last night and thank goodness - my alerts on now coming to my Apple Watch and it's drastically improved the battery life of my 38 MM AW. The other issue I was having with bluetooth for music in my car hasn't been tested yet. I hope that issue is resolved.

Cheers,
Bobbie
