Can confirm that Real Racing 3 isn't working on my iPhone 6. Opens to EA logo & then crashes to home screen Will try on my iPad mini as soon as it updates.

Can anyone that has it installed and plays Real Racing 3 check to see if it works?
I tried it on beta 6 and it worked. However, This is the first time I have installed the app. Maybe others who are having problems could delete it and reinstall.

Thanks for your post. It seems to be a mixed bag right now. It worked on my Air 2, so I am installing right now on my 6s. If it doesn't work, I will uninstall and reinstall. If that doesn't fix it, I will just go back to 9.2.1 for now.

Installed on my 6s, immediately booted RR3 and we are good to go. Got in without a crash. Doesn't mean a race won't crash, but the app does load for me.

ad931, try uninstalling and reinstalling. As long as you regularly backed up the game with EAs cloud sync, your data won't be lost.

Silly question but what is the proper thing to do when GM is out? delete the beta profile and restart and do a regular update or do you have to restore to 9.2.1 then do an update? I was never clear on this.

I personally just OTA update to the official release. I don't see the need in DFU's or anything. I also don't bother to remove the profile, because I just always run every beta. But if you don't want the next set of beta, then just delete the profile. (I believe 9.3.1 will be next as there has been 9.3.1 traffic already reported on this site, mentioned when they did the iOS 10 traffic rising article.)

is this a stable enough version to install or not yet?
It has been since 9.3 beta 1. Maybe some random app will not be compatible but that's going to be a risk on every beta release, ever. I have had one respiring and no other app or device crashes on 9.3.

Try again! It's being spotty for me also but generally has been smooth with this latest beta!

Spotty yes, not quite fixed but it appears they may be working on it. I can get it to work well for a while by turning siri suggestions off then on.

If I delete the profile the OTA will show the final build?

Thanks for the tip. Deleted the app, hard reset, reinstalled, still crashes back to home screen.

Btw, just for info, my wife's 5S on PB6 doesn't load RR3 either. Worked fine up to PB4

It should if the official release is a new build from the final beta, yes.

The only time I remember no update from final beta to official release since 8.3 beta till now has been 9.2. Because 9.2 final beta was the identical build to official. So no need for an update in that case.

ill wait haha

Lol I feel you. I wanna install the beta also but I don't wanna deal with more bugs than I already do sometimes on 9.2.1. But I think I might install it since the official release is just a week away supposedly. Idk yet I'll wait until later to decide
