Exactly. That's the whole purpose of it. It was an intentional decision to make it bigger on the lock screen vs the home screen. Drives me crazy when people on here think it's this bug that they haven't bothered to fix in years or something.
It's completely rational to think of it as a bug. The scaling is minimal and it doesn't really count as a significant visual aid.
I thought it was a bug 'till some versions if iOS 8 where i realized that they couldn't be that clueless

The last 2 March keynotes end with a final release of iOS.. Like 8.2 release last year 9th March. So we can count as a definite.
So basically it makes it quite likely that it will happen, but not really definite (as that would be more along the lines of Apple actually coming out and saying that it will be doing that).

For once I agree with you.

It's very likely I'll get paid on Thursday because I've been paid on Thursday for years, but it's not definite.

Pretty sure we've agreed before, just not on everything.

9.3 beta 7 is 100% the GM, there is no way that apple is still working on a GM with a new phone launching next week. Unless they have an update to release on the day the phones are released as well.

Right, that's the thing, the final version could be a somewhat later build.

I never update, I just dfu restore, that's why I asked.
Thats completely unnecessary. Update is fine, restore is double fine and DFU should be for worst case scenarios. However at this point may as well wait until Monday (possibly) and get the release version. Unless you want to take 7 minutes to OTA update from B6 :)

But the odds are they will not just wake up on a Tuesday morning and be like "Aw **** I'm board of letters for betas and numbers for GM builds. Who's down to flip flop this **** right now?" ;)

What did your odds tell when when they woke up one fine day and thought...enough with animals, lets name the Mac OS after places instead?

Lol I have to ask again for preformance on the regular 6 plus. Is it better than 9.2? I get very very annoyed at the stuttering of swiping down spotlight, and some lag in the app switcher.

I know I can turn off transparency, but i like my phone UI aesthetically pleasing. I don't know why apple doesn't match the color of the bottom drawer with the background. It's so ugly to have a blue or contrasty wallpaper only for it to be muddled by a gray row at the bottom. It's not like they can't. They do it in the app switcher and lock screen.

Yes it is better. But it may not satisfy you fully. But definite improvement when it comes to ui stutters.

Back pre-iOS7 that was a shelf sorta 3D. The new "flat" design changed that but left the "almost shelf " there. It does seem that they would have just dumped it altogether. It would probably look better.

And yes 9.3 performance is better than 9.2 for most devices. Have seen a lot of 6 plus users concur.

It does change with background though. Some better than others. My current wallpaper is bright green and blue and so is my dock.

A definite improvement is seen, especially app switche, NC and CC.
