Never ran into this issue (don't know why... I use Safari all the time), but I'm glad it's fixed now.

An issue with 9.1.3. No sound for keyboard or alerts or notices ... iTunes works. I've rebooted. I've chevked that the sound works when I test it under settings. But it won't work on the keyboard or on Mai or sending texts etc. am I alone ;(

I did not have the issues others had with 9.1.2.

not sure. I finally reset and it started working again. Since this happened on my iPhone 6 and iPad Air 2 I don't think it was a coincident. But no idea what happened. Thanks for asking
