Hello everyone,

Here is my story, I backed up my iPhone 5s that runs on iOS 9.3beta3 via iTunes and restore that backup to my new iPhone6s+.

I signed in with my iCloud id and download the beta profile and update it to last beta version which is 9.3beta3.

Now I have big problems, I can't signe in with my iCloud or AppStore id, it keeps gives me this message:
"Verification Failed, this action could not be completed, Try Again"
and it's keep giving me every time I tried.

I restored my iPhone to the last update available which is 9.2.1 and I tried again with last beta version, again same problem but this time the iCloud dose not work fully and setting just freeze when I try to sign in with my AppStore!

For record, my accounts running good, I did try to sign in via website.

No I'm walking with my two iPhone, one for calls and texts and another for rest!

Experts, Please help me to solve this problem.

You're trying to use different Apple IDs?

I don't think it's necessarily beta related.
Well, it sounds like it might be a good check to try it all without the beta and see if it makes a difference.

Yes, maybe, but it might be related to having multiple Apple IDs, because it's not an iOS 9.3 beta exclusive issue. It happens even in OS X.

running beta software is cool right?
you get new features early AND the chance of your life being ruined.

I'm running multiple AppleID's on the same phone on iOS9.3b and it's just fine. As well as on OSX10.11.4b
I'm too without any issue, but before declaring your life is ruined maybe you should look into something.

I had this issue too yesterday as well when restoring from an iPhone 5s on iOS 9.3 PB3 onto an iPhone 6s on iOS 9.3 PB3!

I called support and they didn't help. I couldn't even stop the restore. I had to downgrade back down to iOS 9.2.1 using DFU.

Extremely annoying. I had to set up as new.

Correct me if I am wrong, but backup from 9.3 beta will not work for 9.2.1...

I think that's right. At least it didn't work for me when I inadvertently tried. I decided to go back to stock and was restoring my iPad and thought I had picked the backup from before the beta, but I picked the wrong one and it wouldn't restore. I double checked and realized it was the beta backup.

And that is why you don't run betas on your main device.

I mean, you *can* as long as you're willing to accept worst case scenario. Apple can put up all the disclaimers they want but most of the general public just ignores it so that can play with a new thing.

But I do believe the OP's problem could be separate. Even on stock, I constantly get logged out of iCloud on my iPad for some odd reason and am asked to verify credentials. I also have different iCloud and App Store accounts. It only happens on my iPad Mini 2 though, not my iPhone 6S, which I find incredibly odd.

That said, if you don't understand how to isolate bugs or work through things like that, it's probably best to stay off of beta builds in general.

[doublepost=1455396697][/doublepost]have you made sure the the 'name' of your restored iPhone is the same exact name as the 'name' of your previous iPhone backup? They need to be the same.

I had a similar issue and I think this was the issue. Also, did you Verify your iTunes account on your mac?

That's interesting. I've restored many of my phones from a backup and the names weren't the same.
The one I have now has a different name. Also right after the iPad Pros were shipped I used a backup from my wife's iPad Air 2 to setup her Pro, completely different device and name.

also have you tried turning it off and back on again?
or if you're on WiFi go to cellular or vice versa. I have had instances where the wifi I was connected to for whatever reason messed up a restore. Went to cellular for the restore and back to wifi to re-download apps and photos.

[doublepost=1455397669][/doublepost]Apple support really can't help you here because the software is still in beta.

I would restore to 9.2.1. Login with iCloud and iTunes credentials. Then I would upgrade to the beta. Make sure your iPhone name is the same as the backup and THEN restore from and iTunes backup. You do not need to restore the phone to restore the backup.

I had this happen after restoring from iCloud on Beta 3. Beta 3 seems to have an issue where it doesn't complete the setup process after the upgrade so it is left unfinished. My janky solution was to use iTunes and "upgrade" to the 9.3 beta 2, an older version and it re-ran the setup from after an upgrade. iCloud then worked fine and continued to work after going OTA to Beta 3. I don't recommend doing that.

These threads amaze me. People who run beta software on their daily driver and have no clue how to get off the merry-go-round when necessary are getting exactly what they deserve.

There are issues that creep into the released versions of iOS that cause some users serious issues. There's no way users who are ignorant (lacking knowledge or awareness) of the workings of the beta process should be attempting to run beta software.

To even suggest that installing a beta release or iOS "ruined one's life" is laughable.

1) B-E-T-A not for use on your main device!!!

2) If it "ruined your life" then thank god you nor no one in your family has cancer, or is dying or really not having a good life.

Grow up and get some damn perspective.
