iOS 9 beta 3 expected?

If a public beta and beta 3 comes today, what differences would there be, surely they must be some differences?

I researched about this too. Public beta 1 and Dev beta 3 is the same build for iOS 8.4.

Why would there need to be differences? The beta build numbers are different for the two programs (developer vs public), but otherwise they are the same.

There really isn't any "supposed to" per se, just general timing, which can often be +/- 10-15 minutes (if not up to an hour or so at times).
 
Historically, every iOS X.0 beta 2 has lasted at least 14 days since iOS 3, FWIW. I'd say 75/25 on a release tomorrow.

Hopefully today but keep in mind that Friday was a holiday. So it will probably be tomorrow at best.
