Im running the public beta on both my iPad and iPhone and i got this same notification on both devices as soon as the clock hit midnight

So there's an update but there is no update!? I think Apple is just fckin with us
It popped up for me as well. I tried to visit software update, but nothing was there.
The battery icon attached to the Bluetooth icon is for the battery level of a Bluetooth connected device, like wireless headphones for example.
On PB and also just got this pop up. Very bizarre, especially for a Holiday weekend in the US. Came rushing to the forms like everyone else...lol.
Like everyone is saying, I too got the popup after a long time of reading in Kindle app and then exiting out to home screen. I accidentally dismissed the popup as soon as it appeared, so I only read "iOS 9 update available" so I hurried over to Settings to check but nothing new. Then I hurried over here to see if anyone got the message. I am running developer beta as well! (I was on public beta but I removed the pubic beta profile)
Got it too. Probably just a mis-trigger by the servers. Even if GM was out that message wouldn't display until the beta expiration date. I dont believe even the final release triggered that type of popup in previous OS versions for someone still running a beta.
