Upgraded the phone (6) to 9.1 yesterday, and tones still broken for only Reminders. Get the vibrate, but no tone. All other apps that use Notifications are working properly.
Reminders tone worked after update, but this morning, nothing. Work around of restarting the phone seems to work, but annoying to remember to do it every morning. /insert joke about "just set a reminder".
