This is great news, I jb'd today (zero issues, took about two minutes) but ended up removing it and running stock right now. Too many tweaks I want to use are not updated yet. Just going to have to wait and see which developers update quickly and which do not.

I am using parallels on mac to do this.. never had an issue before.. this time at about 85% it will say failed to inject JB resources... what should I do? I tried it as is and Tive already done a clean restore and still same error.

Just finished JB on Parallels (9). I had the JB fail first try, started it a second time and it worked perfect. maybe try a second time?

Ok, I am jailbroken, did a clean install on a 6s+... 1 problem so far... some apps wont download from the app store, like chrome. Other apps download though... ideas? tried restarting it.

I'm having this problem as well. Safari won't load webpages either, but other apps are working just fine.

Problem solved. I had to reinstall itunes a couple of times, restore my phone make sure you connect your phone to the computer before you open pangu, turn off auto sync make sure it is not trying to sync... turn off itunes.. connect it again make sure it it wont auto run when u connect it then open pangu and start your process took me multiple tries

I'm about to jailbreak my iPad. I haven't jailbroken since ios4 so I'm a bit nervous. Just finished backing up my device in iCloud. Any last words of encouragement or warning?

In addition to this problem, I noticed the Youtube app has the old look to it (the non red version) when i downloaded it from the app store. But the latest update was earlier this month. HBU?

Well, that's a good thing ;) The new update is ugly :p

Yes it is a good thing, but I want to know why the app store downloaded an older version.. or did youtube update their app and remove the red, or did they revert back to the older version? Or is there something with the jailbreak that caused this to happen? UPDATE: It magically turned red after I restarted the phone. And there are no auto updates listed in the app store. WTF??

Also i just found out there is an app store outage, so this is why we cant download... it has nothing to do with the jailbreak. http://www.iphonehacks.com/2015/10/ios-itunes-app-store-hit-with-another-outage-for-some-users.html

So I'm reading on Reddit.... And I see that if you updated your device to 9.0.2 via OTA instead of iTunes then this jailbreak will not work. Can anyone confirm or help me with this? Does this basically mean that because I updated OTA that I'm screwed as far as jail breaking goes thing this around?

IIRC, no jailbreak has ever worked with an OTA update. you need to upgrade or restore via iTunes and the full iOS release to jailbreak any iOS device.

Thanks for the quick reply, but how can I update the device when it's already updated. I guess I'm just confused on how to go about this without loosing all my data.

Good question, my Youtube app updated on it's own even though I have auto updates off. Did you download it from the Apple store after your JB or did you restore it from a backup? If I delete YT from my phone and then add it back on with my saved older version in iTunes. It applies the old app, but by the next day, it updates to the new version again by itself. This is non Jailbroken.

you should be backing up to computer.... not just icloud....

Ahh gotcha. This is a deal breaker for me. It takes hours to backup in iTunes. I've backed up in iCloud ever since that option became available. I guess there is a reason I've not jailbroken since iOS 4. I guess this means I'll never be able to jailbreak again. This makes me sad. =(
