Can anyone suggest a tweak to hide the stock apps? I've tried poof it doesn't work at all. Also tried Flex which didn't work too. I did respring but nothing. I'm using iphone4.

If you're on 6.x use the original flex. If you're on 7.x use the Flex 2 beta. I'll post the repo in one minute. Just gotta grab it for you.

Edit again: Is this your first time using flex? Normally, users can upload tweaks to the cloud and then anyone can download them. But right now while it's in beta and since he's making some upgrades to the cloud, users cannot upload tweak at the moment. Therefore, everything in the cloud is pre iOS 7. Some tweaks "may" work but most likely they do not. I've tried several of them and only got 1 to work.

For now, you can either try to create your own tweaks (extremely difficult if you have zero programming experience) or go hit up Reddit (this is the better option for beginners).

Thats a subreddit for Flex tweaks. A lot of them give you step by step instructions on how to create the tweaks yourself. I couldn't make my own tweaks until I saw how this app worked and saw how other people created tweaks. After learning from them, I started to make my own.

Just downloaded the tweak to my iphone4. The calendar icon is now blank (white icon) I respring few times, nothing happened. any ideas? cheers
 
Does anyone know tweaks to adjust the translucency of the control center and the dock on an iphone 4? Dockshift doesnt seem to work on the iphone 4 and I tried transparentdock but thats not what i want.

I can't see any posts on this thread in particular on whether anyone has downloaded Protube?

I have downloaded it, but get error message saying activation failed? Downloaded from the sinfuliphonerepo - has anyone else downloaded this with any issues on ios7.0.4?

Did you purchase Protube? If so, you should download it from the official repo (BigBoss). That's what I did, and it is working just fine for me.

The repo you got it from is full of pirated cydia apps, so it's no surprise that things aren't working right

This won't disable control center, but if you want to use a tweak and have a slide in gesture from the bottom, look at Activator.

You could keep control center at slide in center and do a slide in left or right (or both) and set it to load the tweak you wanted with a different gesture.

I had this on my 6.1 jailbreak so that if I slide in from the bottom/center I'd have CardSwitcher and if I slide in from the bottom/left I'd activate Auxo

PushTone woks I think. You just need to download ToneEnabler I think. It makes it work. Let me know if that's wrong and ill double check after work.

Oh wow. No I'm not sure. Check the flex reddit page. They'll be able to help. Maybe someone already posted this issue.

Huh? I thought everyone said Zephyr was updated?? And if not why would it take a while? It's one of the most popular tweaks and it can't possibly be hard to program.

You can purchase lockdown pro 7. It has the option to hide any and all apps. It's a really well made tweak and the developer is excellent in implementing new features and helping you with any and all issues you may have.

Thanks mate, somehow it worked and now I completely lost the stock apps, I did search on spotlight nothing comes up. I deleted flex but the hiddensettings7 is still on. I can only find the stock apps if I get it linked from another app
(ie opening itunes app from music app) weird.. Another reason to use springtomize!

You can set an activator gesture to pull up the lockdown hidden apps menu or you can just set up an activator menu with the apps in it.

I hide all of my apps and access them through an activator menu.

The downside to hiding them is they don't show up in the multitasking switcher anymore, but I'm fine with that since they still multitask and I can access the menu from anywhere anyway so it's a good enough "switcher" for me.

Nice find mate. This is exactly like Swype on Android! Love it. There is still abit of tweaking needed , but an excellent start . <- see the added spaces after the comma and period. Minor bug. Spell correction is pretty good though. :cool:
