iPhone IOS7 JB Cydia-List of confirmed working tweaks/mods

I keep getting the sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg error, if not that it's the size mismatch error.
Let me compile a list of my tests, nicely grouped. Tested on the iPhone 5 and iPad 3, both on 7.0.4.
Not at all working:
CameraTweak 0.31: doesn't work: it does present the two (focus & exposure) separate squares, but only one of them is draggable and the tweak's main mnu in no way can be invoked.
Photo Info 1.3.2: doesn't work (no info icon is displayed), even if you disable the Summary mode.
Airblue Sharing 1.0.28: neither sending (no icon / menu item for that anywhere) nor receiving (even if you manually enable receiving under the main AS icon > top left icon > "Enable Receiving", OBEX transfers connecting to the phone will fail) work.
Quasar 1.3 (neither did it work under iOS6, though).

Call recorder for Skype 1.2: only records the local audio. This means you'll only record the others' sound (to some degree) if you switch on the speaker mode in Skype. But at least it works automatically and also lists the other party, unlike with manually starting recording.
NOTE 1: you must manually save your Skype recordings from Skype/Documents. You'll only need the larger-than-4k "in" files (the "out" files of the same index won't contain anything.) Do NOT use the tweak's GUI's built-in converter - it'll freeze.
NOTE 2: while the other JB tweaks / apps worked OK on not both the iPhone 5 and iPad 3, this one doesn't seem to work on the latter, only on the iPhone.
While listed as incompatible, working with minor restrictions:
iFile 1.9.1-1: it's only registration (for registered users) that doesn't work at all, everything else does.
- it doesn't retrieve my e-mail address from Cydia, unlike under pre-iOS7 iOS versions
- if I do enter it manually, and return to Preferences, teh app immediately crashes.
That is, for the time being, registered users must use the app in unregistered mode and there's no way for them to register it.
Fully working (with some warnings)
the latest (247) version of Elias Limneos' Audio (initially: Call) Recorder works just fine (on the iPhone 5 - I don't think it would on other devices, except for, maybe, the 4S), including my patched, warning-free version: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1566350/
Only one thing doesn't work: in the GUI, the "Send to" menu in the top left corner after selecting a clip. It'll immediately crash after you select Agree. Nevertheless, it's not that big a problem - as I've explained it at https://forums.macrumors.com/posts/17100749/ , the original recordings are at var/mobile/Library/Application Support/UltimateCallRecorder. Then, as i've explained in my linked post, it's easy to make the in/output files into one.

f.lux - this in itself is worth JB'ing...
Note that, in the first few hours after the JB release, the new iOS7-compatible version was only available from the repo at http://justgetflux.com/cydia. Now, starting at around 0:00 GMT, you no longer need to do this - it's available straight from the official Cydia repo.
XBMC 12.2-0 (from the official repo): had no problems with the playback of any of my standard video tester lib.

f.lux works, you just have to reinstall it after the first install and reboot two or three times.
Winterboard Problems?
So I installed Winterboard (don't install it yet) and when my iPhone rebooted, it acted like I had a tethered jailbreak. Cydia would crash when I tried to open it, and activator (yes activator works from Ryan's beta repo) wasn't there anymore. I went into settings and restored my iPhone to start over, but when it went to reboot after deleting everything, it just froze. I just see the gray loading icon spinning around, the same screen you get when you turn off your iPhone. Its been doing this for at least a half hour, anyone know how to fix it?

Seems to be working fine on 5s too, although it hasnt transitioned to night time mode yet. I don't see the option for fast/slow transition either
I downloaded Winterboard this morning.. only thing ivé downloaded and i don't see any problems other than the themes don't work =/
Same happened to me but after I installed battery detective. The mobile substrate is messed up I think that's why. After I deleted it and reinstalled they both work together but I can't respring or restart or I'll lose them again! It will be fixed with an updat I bet.
Anyone noticing that the status bar signal dots and time and battery stay up when zooming on photos in the photos app?
I can't get it working on my Air. Installs, can't find it in settings, then when I try to power the device on and off, it goes into a constant on/off loop and I need to restore the whole machine. On iOS 7.1 beta 2.

As far as Zeppelin goes, it requires mobile substrate so I assume it's a no go? As well as 5 icon dock and cyntact.
