My prediction

1.)Gyroscope
2.)32/64/128GB model
3.)Front Facing Camera
4.)512mb memory
5.)1.2Ghz processor

I don't think we'll see a resolution change in the display at all. I believe the retina display was to make the iPhone 4's screen a little more versatile.

The "we want a retina display" movement is pretty silly. It's obvious that you would want to optimize the viewing/reading experience on a pocketable display, but it doesn't then translate to being the new standard for all displays. Apple has to balance cost vs. usability and it really makes no sense for the iPad at this time. By extension of Moore's Law, all displays will move toward higher resolution over time, but not without balancing cost in teh equation.

1. Why not? This can lead to VGA, DVI, HDMI, and DisplayPort output.
2. Did the panels used in the iPhone 4 exist before they where shown by Apple?
3. Yes, there is an ugly dock connector for that. Integrated would be more elegant.
4. Why not?
5. Why not the option in apps?

1. Because Apple doesn't want to load a device with more ports. It goes against every Apple iDevice design
2. Irrelevant. It is currently too expensive to produce a 10" LCD with that incredible pixel density
3. Apple won't add more ports
4. Apple won't add more ports (see 3 and 1)
5. Because the iOS is a TOUCH driven operating system designed to be used with the precision of a finger. To require a mouse would mean Apple failed on offering a good set of UI tools to developers.

The mouse option is laughable. If you think that will happen you are insane. The iPad is designed to be used differently than a normal computer.

Is it possible Apple could incorporate a video output into the current dock connector? You can charge and sync on it, is it impossible to also make it a video and audio output?

You can already output video/audio with an appropriate connector cable.

When? Late 2010-Early 2011

I Definitely see a Gyroscope (iPhone 4 has one) (MacRumor: http://bit.ly/cjltLk

I Possibly see a front camera (based on the empty space in the enclusure (MacRumors URL: http://bit.ly/dDc9AT)

Back Camera? The iPad is big enough to support an iPhone 4 Camera, and it would integrate with the FaceTime, I don't really see it
and Under that, iMovie for iPad? if it would have an HD Cam or you import Video on it Video editing would be very cool

Better Display? A "Retina Display" is not possible since it would basically be 2000x1500 which would be almost as much as a 27" iMac, but what about 1280x960? that would mean 164DPI which is almost the same as the Older iPhone's Resolution, I don't see more than that, and it could be a mess to introduce a new resolution on top of the new Retina iPhones, Old iPhones and current iPads and that's also just 32DPI, would it be worth it?

1280X960 would be nice, but it would present a real scaling nightmare for running existing iPad apps, unless they run with a black border all around until upgraded by the developers. Apple has proved with iPad and now iPhone 4 that developers are willing to code to multiple resolutions, so it is possible they might do that.

I really can't see them doing anything higher than that next year because it would be prohibitively expensive.

My bet is that they will stick with 1024X768 for the next gen and try to really up the ante with v3 when presumably there will be more true competition out there in the tablet market.

I can see a 8 mp sensor in the middle of the ipad.
Facetime is a guarantee.
Getting a higher res screen is very impossible. Why would you want 4 resolution screens to support?
One usb port.
I like the thickness of it now to thin. Being thin isn't always better.
