I mean if you order now, by the time you get it the return window will still be open when WWDC rolls around if it takes as long as Apple says.
For me, that was my only TB option available for awhile.
It was 1TB Silver or Space Gray that kept getting removed from my bad.
So I tried the 2TB Space Gray and I could go right to check out.
I tried a few more times on the 1TB, while I decided if I really wanted or needed 2TB, and luckily go thru finally with the 1TB.
Oddly enough, adding an engraving reduces the shipping time ?
Yeah mine said 21-28 in same config in checkout but the email dropped to 6/2-6/9 for me. I guess there's not 5/29-6/1 with Memorial Day holiday. Maybe some will move up as the dust settles.

Also ordered the Folio keyboard with it (it's my portable device. The "Magic" one is so heavy!) and that's arriving next Tuesday. What to do with it for 3 weeks? Weird.

I opted for the base model of the 12" My reasoning is that my current iPad (64GB) isn't completely full (almost) and why spend money on a feature I'll not really take advantage. I also bought an apple pencil, so the 100 dollars savings of the 128gb was basically applied to the apple pencil

Which is interesting, looks like most delivery dates in the Netherlands were first 21-28, then some people had May 27, then everybody moved to May 28.

If you’re after a launch window delivery, Silver 2TB Wi-Fi only 12.9 is still available. Edit: Space Gray as well.
Yea yea, I know. I wasn't surprised by it. Still, they could have just have their video presentation two weeks later, sell the Airtags same day and have the iPad and iMac delivery just a week or maybe ten days out. I wonder how many people lose interest and cancel in those 3-4 weeks.
I got the base as well by mistake. Checked my current IPad which is 256 and saw I was only using 50 gb, so I’ll just stick with what I have.
Apple Store never went down, Add to Bag button just finally appeared late. Order processed at 8:05 am for 11, space gray, WiFi, 256GB. Delivery is scheduled for May 21 - 27 Express Delivery.
