It's carrier dependent.

AT&T: $20/month to add to an unlimited plan

Verizon: $20/mo 5G or $30/mo 5GUW to add to unlimited plan, 50% discount with select plans

Google Fi (T-Mobile MVNO): free for up to 4 data only SIMs on Unlimited Plus and Flexible plans (used to be 10 free data only SIMs)
