I opened a chat case today, and was asked to do the below:
- Try restarting your iOS device.
- Try resetting network settings:
Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before. - If there is any VPN or security software installed privately please uninstall it and then try using the wifi.
- Even after performing all the above steps if the issue still persists then backup and restore your device
