iPad Pro 2018 uneven back-light and shadows

No you should be ok. LCD screens are never perfectly lit.

Come on!? That panel is definitely not the average ocd complaint on here, it’s so obvious!

I have JUST unboxed my ipad pro 11 inch and it seems that I have a dark shadow in the middle left side of the screen. Now since I live in Iran and there is no apple store or apple care, I cant return it or ask for a refund
Now my question is: is it going to get worse or not?

That shadow is definitely not OK and certainly not within limits of normal lcd weaknesses. One of the worst screen pictures I have seen posted on here and I would definitely return it but obviously I don’t know how things work in Iran.

Compared to the non issues I have seen posted on some yellow tint threads etc etc, yes this picture is worse. I was surprised because I was fully expecting some sort of microdot shadow (and poster telling us it is really hard to see in a photograph) but this is hideously obvious.

Basically, and this is just my opinion, whenever someone notices screen issues on three or more consecutive devices - the issue is mostly in their mind.

I have dark corner bottom right .
Went to Apple store and their display models are same or worse. Anyone thinking this will be a screen lottery thing are mistaken. Likely in the design.
I am debating returning mine I just bought as the screen on the base iPad is much more even.

Agreed. All of the OPs images look typical of an iPad screen backlight wise.
