I've had this happen to me once and it was only "shipped" after it was already out for delivery. Has your card been charged? Can you see your invoice? Did you engrave? Try going to UPS website and tracking with a reference number, and then write your phone number.
If that doesn't work, I'd call Apple but given that they are providing very long estimates (probably because of COVID), I think they'll just tell you to wait.

I am in the same "updating plans" boat. Apple originally said April 6th - 8th then updated to Arrives 4/2. UPS My Choice has always and still says 1/31 which is doubtful but one can hope! 🤞🏻
Not charged yet..with no engraving tho! I called them many times and they keep saying be patient :\
Ordered my 11" 256GB on the 25th. Web page said then, and still does now "expected ship date week of 3/30/20" but my order status has never changed from Order received
FWIW, I canceled my Expercom order with no hindrance from their end and ordered the same items from Amazon Prime today with a grand total that came in under Expercom's. Amazon estimates delivery of the pencil on Apr. 3 and the iPP on Apr. 4. We will see.
Id say no cause i ordered mine on the 25th and its just now preparing to ship. Im in ireland

Well mine never got a departure scan from HK. Maybe tomorrow? Wishing I wouldn't have been indecisive about which size to get and waited a day to order it after the announcement.
Still there as a pending charge. Is yours just gone, or did it go from pending to a posted charge?
Mine's departed from Anchorage and is on its way to Knoxville. Looks like it's gonna make it to here tomorrow!

For those crazy folks (like myself) tracking your order by flight - if your package has departed from Anchorage earlier today, then it might be on UPS61 (https://flightaware.com/live/flight/UPS61/history/20200330/2320Z/PANC/KSDF)
This gets in to SDF (Louisville, KY) in just under 2 hours.
From there, you can use flightaware to check SDF -> your nearest UPS hub, and find out the specific flight based on that info. I don't necessarily want to give away where I live, but from my calculation, I think mine will indeed arrive tomorrow as scheduled!

I'm in Ireland aswell, ordered on the 21st, went from 2-6 April, now still in the processing stage it's 6-15 April. I tryed putting same spec ipad in the basket again this evening and it had delivery of 6-8 April. So.... What to think.🤔
I'm in Australia and I placed my order (11" iPad Pro WIFI, Apple Pencil and Folio) on 27 March. At that time it was saying delivery in 3-4 days, but after placing my order it changed to delivery by 9th April. The Folio arrives tomorrow - Wednesday 1 April, and the Pencil will arrive on Friday 3rd according to TNT, although the Apple Store App states it will arrive Monday 6th April. Yesterday the iPad displayed as 'Preparing to Ship', but then when I checked a few hours later it had reverted back to the 'processing' stage. So frustrating! At the moment it states the iPad will arrive by 9th April. It feels like a lifetime away - especially now that I have less to occupy myself with all the lockdowns! Thanks Coronavirus!
I'm the UK and the new order I placed yesterday after cancelling last week's has moved into preparing for dispatch and my card was charged tonight, so I'm guessing it should be here tomorrow or Thursday.
