Day 549. Wake up to the postman banging at the door. Run downstairs. Nothing exciting. Postman is shocked at my disheveled appearance. I explain my plight with the "i" word that will not be spoken. He starts stepping backwards slowly. I only got to day 200 of my story with him. Some would say I'm going slowly insane. Most would say I'm already there.

I ordered 9 days later than you, with an estimated delivery of august 11-18, still processing as well. I guess we’re gonna have to wait a little more.

Weird thing is I got an email from the sales gal saying “your order it’s being prepared”. The order status hasn’t changed, though.

My iPad is in ZhengZhou, China. I don't think It's going to Hong Kong, as ZhengZhou is up North. My guess is that from there it will go to Incheon, Korea then to Alaska. From there it will come down to Mainland United States. And then I'll get it.

There don't seem to be many UPS Planes in the Air carrying Specifically Apple Products.
Last night I counted at least 10 Different UPS Planes carrying Apple Products.

22 days since I placed my order, still “Processing”...? Alleged delivery date August 11-18.
Last night, I dreamt that when I finally received my package and opened it, the box was empty! I woke up and had to tell myself it was only a dream, lol.

Bad News guys. I just went to the Repair Shop to Pick Up my IPP 9.7", and they gave me Terrible News.
Apparently they tried to Replace the Screen, but the Screen wouldn't light up. Nothing. They then Replaced the Battery, nothing. They said "The Screen wouldn't light up". They then said that the Display Connector Pins on the Logic Board were bent. They Diagnosed it as a Board Level issue. They said it happened from a Drop. This didn't happen. I have NEVER dropped my IPP, and I was watching YouTube when the screen went Black. The device was at 50% battery, and I could still hear the Video playing. The display just shut off.
So I'm probably gonna take it to another Repair Shop, and see what they have to say about it. I am not very Happy.
I know this isn't related to this Thread, but wanted to Express my experience.

The IPP I ordered July 6 is still in Transit in ZhengZhou, China.

I will probably get it Recycled if it is in Fact a Problem with the Actual Logic Board itself. I have a iTunes Backup from March this Year that I can use with my new IPP. I don't remember the Password for the Backup though.

When I get my new IPP I will restore it from that backup, if I remember the Password. I have an Idea of what it was, so I can keep trying. There's Unlimited times for you to Guess the Password.

Quick Question, are my Contacts saved in iCloud? 4.1GB worth of my Messages are, so does that mean that my Contacts are too?

What does “Shipment rerouted. Recovery actions underway” mean? This is for my Apple Pencil the last update was from 29 July. The due date is still 3 August - it hasn’t changed.

If your delivery date didn’t change, you should be good. I think it means the carrier ran into a little snag, could be weather, and had to take a different route ??‍♀️
