Extremely tempted to upgrade from my 8-month old 2020 iPad Pro. ?
The trade in value of mine is $500....so $399 out of pocket for the 11” 256gb.
Tempting. Very tempting. I’ll wait for 2022’s iPad Pros though.
Mine is up to $640 CAD, a bit less than half of what I paid for it. Wonder if the engraving would result in it being less actually.
That being said, I’ve already gotten a handful of new tech over the last year as evidenced by my signature, so I should probably take a break from upgrading this time lol. Might get the iPhone 13 Pro the fall if it comes with a 120Hz display.
I already sell out my 5 month old 11inch 2020 ipad pro just to get 2021 model. Got a very good deal by someone. So I thought to sell it as i was facing few issues with it.
They arrived this afternoon. Like I said earlier, I’m gonna *try to* not open them until May 15, as that is my birthday and I got it as a birthday gift for myself. I’m not usually one for birthday gifts, but as the shipping estimates were long I decided “might as well”. So expect my impressions/review a few days after then, probably Monday or Tuesday. (FYI: May 15 is a Saturday)
Until then, they’re on my desk. Staring at me. As they will for the next 24 days lol
PS: I have to say I’m impressed by the fact that there’s even a pull tab on the shipping tape ?

So I have opened my AirPods Max today, and they’re amazing! But just like what @MaxGolden12 experienced, they were super uncomfortable when I wore them for the first time this morning. But now, they are one of the most comfortable headphones I’ve ever worn.
The sound is great, and the noise cancelling and transparency are also one of the best I’ve ever experienced (if not the best).
Also, the “Smart Case” that they include isn’t that bad, I actually don’t hate it. Yes, when you put it in a bag or something similar it won’t protect them, but other than that I have no problems. When I opened them this morning, they were at ~80% charge. Now, they are at about 60% charge after about ~6ish hours of use. This exceeds Apple’s advertised battery life. Either way, it’s a big upgrade from my 1st Generation AirPods, which lasted about 2 hours on a charge
As for the condensation issue, I haven’t experienced it yet. I’ve not worn it outside yet, though. I’ve been wearing them at my desk in a 74˚F/23˚C room.
I really like these. I can’t wait to try these on an Airplane to test out the ANC.
PS: I also got a Space Gray Magic Keyboard with numeric keypad to use with my iPad at my desk. I really like this over the iPad Pro Magic Keyboard, as it is a full-size keyboard as compared to my 11” Magic Keyboard.

Happy iPadversary!! I’m probably not gonna get another new Apple product until the iPhone 12s/13 in September or whenever it comes out.
My next Apple purchase will probably be the new Apple TV 4K. The next version of the MacBook Air due in 2022 sounds intriguing. Outside of those two items, I am set on Apple products for at least another 1-2 years.
Same! After my MacBook, I'll have a fully upgraded and new Apple Ecosystem. I'll be set for another 5-6 years (excluding phone, because I upgrade that almost yearly).
Processing is over, and now on "Preparing to Ship"! Certainly a lot less than it was for my iPad, lol.
