Mmm, No. That is just relative to however much faster it can charge with other equipment. But that is not standard equipment, nor should it be included.
The point I'm making is very clearly the difference between standard equipment and high performance equipment. The standard equipment is more common, and fits with the ecosystem of other standard equipment that many people already have. The high performance equipment is optional (and unnecessary). You might think it is better for you, because you apparently value fast charging (of a device that already lasts all day and could just be recharged overnight...). It would not be better for me, because I don't value fast charging of iPad at all. What I do value is every additional Lightning-to-USB-A cable that comes with every Apple device I purchase.

Oh...I can tell you if iPhone X has USB-C or not, if you want to know?
It doesn't.

No, the iPhone X will not ship that cable.
99% of users would look at it and say WTF is this? It doesn't plug into anything (except the brick it ships with).
iPhone X is going to sport inductive charging, all of the focus is going to be on that.
Some of our devices don't last all day. Let's see what devices these are. Every iPhone up to the iPhone 7, 7 Plus. This includes the iPhone 5S, iPhone SE (both generations) that has bad battery life. Some iPads, especially with one's that has higher screen resolutions like the iPad Pro 12.9 that has bad battery life.
