Of course this guy is right..I’ve said from the beginning...sidepiece doesn’t need a M1 when it’s still so limited and Apple just offloading chips and ram to make more profit.
We know you have said it from the beginning. You say the same thing over and over and over and over and over again.
I’m not entirely sure what your point is. You seem to be insinuating that iPads are excellent mac companions, but you appear to also think that that’s a bad thing. It
is an excellent companion machine (I assume that’s what you mean by sidepiece, because sidepiece is not a real word).
Of course, you must be aware of the excellent pro creative applications that the machine runs just fine on its own, often faster than equivalents on Intel machines? You must also know, of course, that they outplay many laptops for feature wise?
So, for 1000 odd quid, you have a media consumption machine, you have a gaming machine, you have a best in class screen and pencil standalone drawing tablet with its own league of cheap pro applications, you have a capable and portable laptop computer for standard computing tasks, you have the ability to put the machine next to your main machine and use in place of a Wacom tablet, as a second screen, as a control surface?
And Apple putting their current top of the line chip in the pro version along with max ceiling of ram is to make a
profit? I’m not sure you understand the concept here. You know, right, if they wanted to make only profits they wouldn’t do that…? They would put cheaper things in them and sell them at their established price. They wouldn’t give you more for the same money.
I’m entirely convinced you just don’t know how ridiculous you sound.
