Ah so the confirmations are rolling in I see. Seems like I won't be keeping this phone for as long as I could with the 6S.

So you think 4gb RAM won't keep it speedy for years but were OK with the minimal RAM in your 6s for all these years?
The 6S is where they bumped it from 1GB to 2GB. It has made it age with grace compared to the Iphone 6, even though now 2GB is becoming a bit cramped what with all the new productivity focused tasks we become capable of handling in our phones.

Looks like the 11/Pro will become the new iPhone 6.

Exactly how many apps are people opening and using 'co-currently' that 6Gb matters to them so much? Yes, I get it, Apple have called the phone a 'Pro' when it isn't in the true defined way we wish it to be. But it's still a phone. I know there's a comparison to the Note but I've never perceived that as a smart phone just as something in-between that and a tablet. Apple will do as Apple do and will perhaps move into towards a Note styled device in the future. I think until the OS can display more than one app open at once, not sure 6Gb bothers me much other than from a techie vanity point of view. But then I'm probably a casual (digital/social media consumption/blogging/content/music) compared to some people and how they use their devices.

People spec-chase, without needing, or even understanding why they need or would want it.

Pixels run horribly on 4GB RAM
The Pixel 3 XL has endless complaints around performance.

Quite true my best friend owns one and Android itself is aggressively killing his background apps it's driving him insane lol

The largest Chinese tech sites like iFanr and Sina are confirming 4GB.

Tailosive tech is also claiming 6gb. Al the major leakers and sites are claiming 6gb and benchmark apps probably are not updated according to onleaks.

The 6s doubled the RAM from 1GB to 2GB and has lasted four years.

The 11 Pro doubled the RAM from 2GB to 4GB and you don’t expect it to last four years?

Okkkkk.....

People are confirming .6GB. Damnit lol

How much ram does it really have?

Who knows...

Possibly 6GB though.
