You can pick the phone, size, color, no trade in and choose AUP - existing member and it starts the process. However it errors out for me when verifying my current phone.

Glad I have 4 apple stores I can go pick up. I always go to Dadeland Mall (Miami) store. 10 mins away. In and out.
Same. At least they worked it out eventually, and this last time they didn't lose it

The only question remains is how to make sure I can get it for store pickup and swap-out. Do you think accessories might cause issues? I had better do two orders, that way eliminating the question.

Tried multiple times, different platforms. Pretty sure it's an Apple issue since they swapped my brand new phone (damaged when I received it last year). IUP sees the correct and current phone but errors out.
