White titanium is the most gorgeous, stunning, stand out, brightest and shinning above all colors in Pro Max and Pro lines. Love the brightness and standing out color! ❤️❤️❤️ it looks great on any color cases if it is needed to be covered by a case. I only chose clear case to expose the beauty and brightness. Easy to spot on on any places.
White is also not a fad as it always exists on every iPhone generation.

So my 0500 day one order for a 15 PM Natural Titanium scheduled for 10/4-10/9 just got notified as shipped for 9/29 delivery in CA.
Check the ups shipping page. Same thing happened to me. Apples email says the 29th but UPS claims the 25th - tomorrow.

So true. And most regular users like me put a case, a display protection and even camera protection on it. Whenever I sell on my phones they never have a single scratch or stain on them. I always find those test and drop videos super wasteful.
I'm curious about camera protection; I've never done that before. Is there anything in particular you might recommend?

Ordered the 15 PM coming from a 12 PM. I’m getting nervous now that I‘m not sure how to properly take care of it. My goal would be to keep it 3 years, if possible.

I always case mine and even with otter box cases, I seem to shatter the back and camera island of every iphone I’ve ever had. Would anyone mind sharing the best way to avoid that?

Also, I’m horrible on the batteries. My iPhone 12 PM is below 60% health and has charging issues. Is there a cut sheet anywhere that details the do’s and dont’s of battery health?

Thanks guys!

There’s no magic really, just have to get new habits of taking care of it, mind how you handle it and put it. Maybe you should just buy the toughest otterbox there is (is it the defender, somebody knows??)!!? I started to go more or less caseless long time ago, and the funny thing is from then my phones been alright because I probably minded them in another way. Dunno. Btw, congrats to your first post after being a member for 10 years. 🥳

I wondered if anyone would notice that 😂
I ordered the defender case. I also ordered the bullstrap and wallet in sienna, knowing full well, with my history, I would be an idiot to ever use anything other than a defender. I was hoping there was a way though. Ugh.
I’m trying to read up on how to charge and what with so I don’t blow the battery in this one too.
Thank you!

Heat Issues: Natural Titanium PM here, and I have experienced a significant amount of heat coming off the back of the device during short term regular use doing non processor heavy tasks THEN we took the dogs to the river and my wife was capturing some video of the dogs catching the frisbee and swimming and after three or four 30 second videos she said the phone was getting very hot to the touch then the phone said it needed to cool down. (cool down notice alert in screen shot)

Oh no. Maybe it’s something that will get resolved soon. I wonder if it’s something that will have long term implications on the devices that experience this. It seems you aren’t the only one.

Quite a few saying the same on x

Hopefully it can be fixed with software

my 15PM NT was a bit hot when initially plugged in for the first charge, but it didn’t last long. wasn’t unbearable to hold. the battery life so far is decent. i’m going to charge it up soon. it’s really going to take a week for me to get used to a new device. i do keep my brightness up to the maximum.

New device. If it seems wrong to you take it to Apple and consult, best not to depend only on internet fora where early on few folks even have touched these things yet. And the sensational comments are the ones that get clicks...

FWIW my 14 Pro sometimes goes into a heat-producing mode similar to what you describe, usually around image captures one way or another. I click the right-side button to go back to the home screen and it resolves the issue. Also, image capture mode definitely makes heat. I now have a muscle-memory habit to turn off the camera app after taking a batch of photos. Leaving the camera/display on will make the 14 Pro get hot. Sometimes scary hot, but clicking back to the home screen has always resolved it for me.

My 15 Pro Max will not get here until Wednesday but I expect it to behave the same way. Note also that my pro digital Nikons since the D2x have had similar behavior of sorts, so I learned the turn-it-off behavior 20 years ago to optimize battery usage.

Yes!!! Thank you!!

I wanted to know what the maximum ISO was on the 5x telephoto lens. FINALLY it’s above ISO 2688, which is what the 13 & 14 pro / max has for it’s 3x camera. Not good at all in low light. This is a huge improvement! The 3x on the 14 pro max is only good in the day or bright light. Now I’ll have much more freedom for subjects when using the 5x camera on the 15 pro max. Thank you for posting. I couldn’t find the data online.

So the minimum focus distance for the telephoto is 1350mm (53.15 inches or 4.4 feet). That’s good to know. Any closer and the 1x camera takes over. Everyone should take note of the minimum focus distance. Thanks again.
My guess is that the new OIS will also help a lot with low light pix.

I am titannnniiiiiuuuummmmmm!!

After dipping my toes in the samsung world in May, I'm back on iOS this past weekend.

The S23 ultra is a great phone but the damn samsung watch 5 was infuriating. I'll still be keeping g the S23U for my work purposes.

Got myself an AWU2 and a 15Pro Max in Nat. Titanium. My kids(bless them) drop my.phone when they try to help psss itnto me, so im using the Mujjo Leather cover for it.

I'm enjoying the weight reduction and how it feels in the hand, with and without case.

Gonna stay in my walled garden and be happy.
