Happy with the shellrus sapphire again this year,
Does not cover the border, (i’ve compared it with my esr armorite which cover quite a bit of the border)
Installation could be easier though, best application for me is the spigen EZ fit.

But NOTHING compares to a sapphire protector
Once you tried it you won’t use “normal” glass anymore.

This thing is soo smooth and very very resistant to scratches, (my esr armorite have hairline scratches after 1 week of normal use)

The shellrus is compatible with my spigen C1 and spigen enzo aramid case with virtually no gap .

Thinkin to get the rebel gen 5 frosted, hopefully it will be compatible too
Question about the Shellrus: are the edges rounded?

What I was missing all these years with Torras and Spigen!!!
Just installed the Flolab 3D!! What a screen protector! Best oleophobic, curved edges, edge to edge, screen clarity, it doesn’t cover the screen, and lifetime warranty! Also, the installation was piece of cake.
With the Otterbox Lumen fits perfectly!

Man you’re not wrong. While I love my shellrus/imos screen protectors , those 2 weeks I had the flolab on were awesome. That anti-glare is insane. if they ever make a sapphire protector with those properties and installation I’ll buy day 1

Can you take a close up of how it fits at the top speaker?

Yes

Also for everyone: I asked ESR if they released the newer screen protector that doesn’t block the screen and they told me it won’t be released until next year.
The reviews are not very good on Amaozn
Is it really better than the Torras?

I've had the Torras, ESR, and WSKEN.

ESR
Good

- it has curved edges
Bad
- in my experience, it absolutely affected touch sensitivity
- cut into the screen the worst of the three

Torras
Good

- case friendly
Bad
- cuts into screen

WSKEN
Good

- doesn't cut into screen
- case friendly
Neutral
- has a weird speaker tab (doesn't affect audio quality in my experience)

I have no complaints for the WSKEN other than it dosen't have curved edges (I go caseless so it's more important to me).

Don't take my word for it: here is a video where some guy compared 20+ screen protectors and at the end recommended the WSKEN in his top 3

Thank you
Can you post a link to the WSKEN please to make sure I buy the right one as there are many versions on Amazon UK...

I just installed a Flolab today. I liked what people were saying about glare reduction and the smooth coating.

I’ll give it an 8 out of 10.
-Glare reduction is very good.
-It doesn’t block ANY of the screen. Using the thin double line border image I see both lines perfectly all the way around.
-Smoothness/coating isn’t any better than average. It’s not bad but nothing special.

Out of the three I’ve had (ESR, Ultraglass (rebranded Torras), Flolab) I like the ESR by far for the smoothness but the installation frame had issues with alignment.

I’ll hit up ESR in January to see if they’ve fixed there alignment issues. Until then the Flolab is pretty good.

I got a warranty replacement from Flolab. It still cuts off the screen a little bit but it does look like it cuts off less than the first one I got. So far this is the best I’ve used, but I wish these manufacturers could just get it together and provide us with protectors that don’t cut off any of the screen.

Hello hello guys I originally bought the Belkin ultra glass at the Apple Store. They messed it up three times that one that they installed for me and cracked so I had the ESR one I installed it twice because I thought I had an insulation error but those black borders are bothering me, what brand would you recommend?

How is that some folks install the Flolab and it cuts into the screen while for others it’s flawless?
I’m gonna guess misalignment of the screen protector in the installation tray from factory. First one I had it cut into one corner. Second one I had I checked before I removed the film and had to sort of twist the tray to get it to line up perfectly before I pulled the plastic to install the screen protector with no cutting into screen

I have a replacement flolab coming due to an installation defect. Not a fan of having to pay shipping but it is what it is.

Is the Phone Rebel frost case really worth it? Debating if I should order it for an Xmas present for a family member...
The £30 delivery costs is very expensive though...

Today I tried the Sapphireman sapphire screen protector for my 15 Pro Max, I did all the steps correctly as shown in the video on their Amazon page but ended up with so many giant bubbles and bubbling on the edges that would not come out. Tried to clear them and re-apply the screen a few more times but it didn't fix it, getting a free replacement and returning this one since I can't use it anymore after several tries with it. Hoping the 2nd one will go smoother, is there something I could try different to avoid getting bubbles/removing them? I tried pushing the bubbles away with a card from invisible shield, applying pressure, I'm just afraid I'll break my phone if I use too much force lol.

The installation kit is the simple plastic frame you place on the phone to help with alignment, I looked up their kits for the 14PM and that looks so much better, sucks they didn't go for that this year. I hope it works this time, its easier being able to buy it through amazon.

I looked into Shellrus, they seem to be using the same method as Sapphireman this year. Both also don't have a tiny logo in the corners like some other Sapphire brands do which is nice, been looking into other Sapphire screens in case this doesn't work out to try. Also Shellrus return policy doesn't sound very appealing considering they only give you a discount for buying a replacement rather than a normal refund.

Also apparently Alibaba is selling Sapphiremans latest screen protectors starting around $45? IS that place legit? Its half the price of Amazon and their official site

Update: Free replacement Sapphireman came in and it installed perfectly, what little bubbles came in on the sides I easily pushed off with a card or faded away. Flawless experience this time. Looks and feels amazing on the 15 Pro Max w/Atlantic Blue Mous Case. I have no idea what went differently this time but I'm happy lol.
