Nice one!
I'm currently rocking Pitaka Sunset and it's absolutely great with Desert Titanium.
The progress that Pitaka cases made is incredible. I like how it looks this year. I have both Ultra Slim and Sunset and love pattern and grip on Sunset. The best thing is that even with this Tactile Woven, Sunset is still very slim and light. It has only 21 grams on Max!
I had Pitaka No Problemo case for test and that was thicker and heavier (27 grams).

I also have Benks GoldenTide, but can't compare with Pitaka. It's few generations behind. Benks is thicker and heavier. It has also sharp corners. Quality of weaving is poor. I also don't like those slits at the bottom.

On iP14PM I really enjoyed Arc Pulse. I have it also for 16PM, but this time it's not that great and Pitaka wins for me.

There had better be some kind of advantage of the Pitaka over the Benks considering the price difference. That is if you think that 6 grams is that much of an advantage.

I’ve had Pitakas in the past. They are very nice. Not enough difference between them and the Benks for the price being asked.

Enjoy your Pitaka. I love my Benks.

It's about feel in the hand. 6 grams is huge difference for me. And not even weight, but also thickness. Benks is simple bigger and I don't have caseless feel with it. There is also big difference in quality.
I had Pitaka cases since iPhone XR. Never had problems with scratching. When I had 14PM, Benks ArmorAir scratched my frame. Since then I focused on weaving quality and finish. Pitaka is definitely better.

With those facts, I can accept price difference, but in my country, there is almost zero difference.

BTW. did you tried Pitaka or just Benks?

Looks great. I also have the Ultra Slim and prefer the finish and feel of the Tactile Woven. More grip and fewer fingerprints. I wish they made a black/gray case with the TW finish and texture.

Benks makes nice cases but their quality control could be tightened up. Literally every one I’ve had has had some small defect (three cases this year). They also claim their cases are lighter than they actually are. They’re a good value for sure, but in my opinion they need to up their game to compete with Pitaka on fit and finish. That said, I had a camera ring on a Pitaka come loose this year, so they aren’t perfect either.

Weird. I must say that fit of both UT and TW is just perfect in every aspect including camera ring this year (and may be of all time). It looks like you have just wrong piece (I can compare another sunset case few days ago and I was very surprised, that it has different pattern and fit wasn't that great).

"huge"? OK? 6 grams is inconsequential to me on my 227 gram Pro Max.

😆You must have micrometers for fingers if you can tell any difference.

There is also big difference in quality.
No there isn't. I've had both.

Yes, I have had both as I stated in my other post. I've also had a $20 clone from aliexpress. The Benks and Pitaka are interchangeable and trying to find any meaningful difference is just picking nits. The aliexpress one was of lesser quality but not by a lot.

If you want to nit-pick, the Pitaka has the big ugly branding messing up the beauty of the case. So there's that.

Wow cases seem to be all over the place in terms of quality for the 16 series.

What is the general consensus on the Gen 6 Phone Rebel? I avoided gen 5 for a few reasons, which seem to be addressed on the 6 (better molded fiber backplate and larger charging cutout). I already ordered one mostly because nothing else has been convincingly better.

Dbrand ghost 2.0 also pre-ordered as I had a 1.0, but who knows when and if that will ever ship.

Thought about an apple silicone only because it has the camera button, but really did not like the 15 series one and silicone cases in general.

Out of all the cases I tried for the 15pm, the Otterbox symmetry was my favorite by a wide margin. I just could not get past the huge cut out version they released that leaves a chunk of the screen exposed. If they do (as some have indicated here) release a CC button or even a better cutout version it will be an instant order.

The reports are good if you’re cutout agnostic. If you’re firmly in the anti-cutout camp the usual issues apply.

Initially, the finish is better than in years past, but once they wear in the same old drawbacks appear (lint, grease). As always, the lighter colors are more forgiving.

The Otterbox Lumen is essentially the same as the clear Symmetry. If you liked the clear Symmetry, you will probably like the Lumen. The buttons and grip are very good.

As of yet, there is no indication that they will be releasing a CC button version of the Symmetry in solid colors, only clear.

The Gen 6 is my GCOAT.

So luxurious and perfect. With a Mothica glass AG SP I am in iPhone heaven.

I don’t use the CC button so don’t care about cut out trauma others may feel.

Now I’m intrigued by Caudabe moonphase though. So beautiful looking.
