Yeah it does, but the button will never not be in there so it shouldn’t be a problem, but I am just having a hard time paying 70 bucks AGAIN to get a proper version of a case I have already bought. They should do some sort of discount for people with 16 series Bite edition.
I bet there will be some who will order the new button edition from Amazon, pull the ol’ switcheroo, then return the old bite edition in the new box.
That sounds like a plan, glad I never purchased the bite edition. I'm not even sure if I'll purchase the button edition.
A good ~20% of the “new” cases I ordered from Amazon last year were obviously used or returned as defective. I suspect it’s a pretty widespread thing.

So we’ve been waiting 3 months for a bunch of cases retrofitted with the AliExpress $.99 button. 😆

This one arrived for me today, in blue. It's very similar to the Meifigno, however, it has the camera lens protectors around the lenses, comes in a bunch of other colors, and offers a slightly better grip around the sides (not the back... same typical frost backing). The sides have a slight bit of texture to them. We all know this is a cookie cutter design...but hey, its something. Hopefully 2025 shows us some better products.

Here you go. The button works as well as the Spigen T's, I would say. It's better than Supcase. It has a soft coating on it, so there's no metal on metal. Lame lanyard holes, but oh well. You can see the slight texture in that image where I have it standing up.

I've only been using it for about an hour, but my initial impressions are pretty positive. The added texture on the sides definitely helps compared to other similar cases. The buttons are all clicky (though they are non-floating), but for only about $15, they work well. The camera button functions just fine. It's nothing fancy (only negative), as it has a similar cookie-cutter design that we're all familiar with. I will definitely continue to use this until something better comes along. May grab the gray one.
before uploading just tap the options icon bottom right and change to large from full and it will upload. you tap to upload an image, tap on from library and before choosing the image tap on icon bottom right and change size.
Yeah. I think they had major Black Friday sales to get rid of as many cases as possible before putting out the Cc button ones.
