The Ultra Hybrid T smoke black looks incredible against the white titanium phone. Think I’ve read this case has no grip? For me it’s amazing with the tpu grippy sides. MagSafe is top shelf. I can see this turning into my most used case. Looks so good.

You say that but I can’t remember the last year where the Apple cases were as heavily discounted as this year. Everywhere I turn there’s a sale! It’s undoubtedly been a banner year for Apple-made cases. From Apple’s perspective, the button is probably perceived as a success for that reason alone. More importantly, it’s also a part of their Apple Intelligence strategy, so I can’t imagine it going away anytime soon.
I’d go for the Spigen if they made it with matte black TPU sides. Couldn’t get on with the shiny TPU, feels clammy.
Just got my Pitaka from Amazon two days ago. Brand new sealed box. Pitaka has even less “screen lip” than Benks.i know some here aren’t fans of the cc button. but i love it. just today i needed to take a few quick picks of some receipts and having the button made it so fast and simple. i didn’t have to touch the screen at all.
btw, i’m back in the apple silicone. used the benks air for several days but if i’m gonna have a case on, i at least want to feel comfortable placing it face down anywhere and with the benks i can’t. stupidly i ordered a pitaka to compare and ordered from them instead of amazon where i’m guaranteed to get an open box, so good luck returning it.
I just installed 18.2 yesterday and I’m having fun with the long press of the CC button to load Visual Intelligence. A very cool way to quickly access ChatGPT and Google to get information about objects in the real world via the camera. This seems like it could end up being the primary use case for the button, perhaps more so than normal photography for many people.i know some here aren’t fans of the cc button. but i love it. just today i needed to take a few quick picks of some receipts and having the button made it so fast and simple. i didn’t have to touch the screen at all.
Have you heard something specific from PR?No chance of gen 6 cc button this year.
I don't know why, but the first thing to pop into my head when I first saw that thing is time share furniture.TineeOwl with CC button:

I haven’t tried it but the reviews seem pretty good. Here’s one:Never tried this brand…any good? Worth the shot for the price.

Let us know if you try one!

Tried it for the 15 Pro Max.
It’s a good case, it’s like a Sheath texture (less aggressive texture) and Synthesis side grips (less aggressive as well) with a big plus it’s so much lighter than the Caudabe cases.
The fit was nice, buttons were clicky. No real complaints especially for the price point. I’ve had their iPad cases in the past and I liked those as well.
I got it because a friend of mine intrigued me to try it. I ended up returning it. It was late in the cycle of the 15. I was satisfied and finishing the yearly cycle with my Synthesis as I don’t really collect cases.
This year looks identical to last year’s so I think you’ll like it. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts. Sticking with Benks ArmorAir for me.
Do you think that case affords sufficient protection for a waist high drop?Tried it for the 15 Pro Max.

I have it for the 15 PM as well. I think it provides great protection for waist high drop. For me there are 2 issues with this case:Do you think that case affords sufficient protection for a waist high drop?
For the time being that I had it, I had black so cleaning/dirt/stains wasn’t an issue. I can see how with that type of case the lighter colors could discolor after a while.I have it for the 15 PM as well. I think it provides great protection for waist high drop. For me there are 2 issues with this case:
1. For me it felt heavier that Caudabe
2. It was harder to clean the case if it got dirty ( especially the stone color).
I really liked the round action button and the texture of the case but eventually I decided to go back to Caudabe (and now for Dbrand)
Oh absolutely! It’s not a super slim case or anything, it’s got a little bulk to it, I remember the corners feeling more rounded vs Caudabe feeling more flat which doesn’t necessarily mean it’s more or less protection but I wouldn’t be concerned about a small drop at all with that case.Do you think that case affords sufficient protection for a waist high drop?
