You guys were right about the Ultramarine Silicone case from Apple. Pretty much perfect and I’ve always hated their silicone cases.

Hmmm. I asked because I’m a right handed person, but I always hold my phone in my left hand - as you do. I have heard other people say the same thing as you.
If I held the phone in my right hand, I wouldn’t be able to accurately maneuver the screen with my left hand without a lot of practice. Maybe I’m defective… Maybe most people use their phones with one hand?

Arc. Yes an acquired taste but that kind of stuff only looks good on ahem and not on iPhone. Only my humble opinion.
Yeah, I’m not sure. Like many lefties I’m nearly ambidextrous so perhaps I’m the odd one. In any case, I otherwise really like ultra thin cases, just wish the edges were slightly smoother.
For me, the Arc is about the bare phone feel combined with the great drop protection and minimal weight. No other case manages this combo. The looks are only meh and could certainly be improved IMO.
I'm what they call "cross-dominant". I write with my left hand but play all sports with my right. I am not ambidextrous though, I can't write with my right hand.
It seems to be a spectrum, but I may fall into that category as well.
Just to add to the data as another lefty, definitely my left hand. I'm a bit like Richard and Zensō as well. I do a number of things with my right hand or both. I wonder if this happens with a lot of lefties.I don’t want to sound like an idiot, but that ship has sailed so many times…

Yes, I largely use my left thumb while holding it in my left hand. I've found that the finger ring portion of the Torras magsafe kickstand I added to my Owl helps stabilize for one-handed use as well.

Another write with my left but right-handed everything else. I can write with my right also though but favour my left.
Do either of these colors show the greasy fingerprints like the black? My black case seems to be really getting bad with showing finger grease.
Ultramarine shows them, as all darker colors do. Stone is the one that probably shows them less.
Stone Grey hardly shows anything. Ultramarine needs/gets a clean every day and my Plum is the worst for finger/hand oil and that too gets a clean every day it's used and wiped down a couple of times a day.
As mentioned, the dark colours show marks the most.
Ultramarine is my fave but I do like the Plum & Stone Grey a lot too.

I wish they would make the cases out of the same material as the iPad covers. My iPad dosen't seem to show the grease as much.
TPU would be my choice. More protective, hard wearing and easier to clean.
There is something about the velvety feel of their silicone though.
