iPhone 16/e/Plus/Pro/Pro Max cases

I have really loved my bellroy leather case. It’s my favorite case I’ve had for the 16 pro for many reasons:

-Super slim like the old apple leather cases
-I prefer having TPU around the screen rather than leather so the fact that it’s a hybrid case is awesome
-It’s very lightweight
-The camera control cutout is the best I’ve seen by far. Having TPU around the cutout means it can be super precise and thin compared to most leather case cutouts.

If it has a camera control button it would be the GOAT for me

its the way they do the TPU that makes it great. its more of a reinforcement. very well done.

it looks like all leather. i see tpu around the cutout but not the screen. really haven’t considered bellroy for a few years. looks nice.

@darrinS the TPU is subtle but all around the screen it’s TPU so when you’re looking at the screen dead on, all you see is TPU.

I like that more because I never liked how a lot of closed bottom leather cases have a visible gap around the USB-C port or have wrinkles around the corners of the screen. TPU ensures a perfect fit.

Has anybody tried this case?? I searched and couldn’t find any results in this thread. It’s on sale and looks like it could be nice. Thoughts??

Bellroy feels better. RL is really slippery and kind of feels like plastic somtimes.
Bellroy also uses TPU to reenforce areas especially the camera cutout and makes it a more solid case without adding any bulk or weight. When they do a case with the Camera Control button it will be amazing.

I read many people have complained that Bellroy's leather feels cheap compared to RL and Bullstrap

After using the nomad traditional leather with cutout bite mark on the max I had, now on the pro with apple silicone black, def feels better with a case with CC button covered.

Might try the Bellroy as one last attempt.

Exactly! Especially when we already have the sheath. I laugh when people say it’s the sheath killer. It’s far from it.
