Apple will not miss out on sales on the $59 case market. FW won’t hold them back from making another case that’s not leather. That is just simply not going to happen. If it’s not tomorrow with the announcement of the SE, it will be with the 17 series phones.
ugh I got my memory triggered here at work today (I work for AT&T)
I sold a Samsung s25 with one of their mint green (really pretty btw!) silicone cases and it made me remember my perfect Sky silicone case I had for my 16 pro max. Now I’m kinda desperate for Apple to release a similar color! 😩
Gosh it was so perfect. I even felt sick selling it on eBay when I was done with it and no longer had the 14 pro max.
I know. So first world! But selling that silicone for someone’s new phone triggered me.

Sent photos Friday arvo, was approved for a replacement in 30mins, was sent express yesterday Monday and got it today Tuesday. Didn't even ask for the faulty one back.
Does anyone have a suggestion for a "grippy", hefty feeling case similar to the Otterbox Defender?
The TineeOwl and the Spigen both feel very cheap and plasticy (granted they are $20 vs a $70 case). It feels like everytime I pull them out of my pocket, they're going to slip out of my hand. I also wouldn't feel confident with any sort of drops with them.
The Benks Prestige Armor Pro seemed interesting, but from what I can tell it only comes in one color/design that is quite ugly. The SUPCASE, Rinke Alles, Magbak Elite, and Pitaka millitary grade all look interesting, as well. I feel like I read negative reviews about the SUPCASE and Magbak, but I can't remember what... I need to go revisit the older pages.
Side note - a few hours into my 16PM and I can confirm the face ID is sooooo much nicer than the Samsung fingerprint. pleasantly surprised with my results so far.

i have the magbak elite and like it a lot. the only negative is it has a cutout. but it’s rigid around it. i keep going back to it. i also like the dbrand grip case. i love the texture and the grip. i really like being confident i can place it down anywhere and on any side and it will be fine. for many years i went caseless and was so careful with my phone to not drop it. i was overboard careful cause if it had a scratch i had to think of an excuse to replace. now i don’t want to think about it. i’m sick of being overly cautious with it. i stopped using the ghost cause it has no lip and i thought twice before placing it down. might scratch the back or my screen. i also ditched the arc pulse for the same reason. i knocked my phone off the table and scratched it. i’m done. grip or magbak elite for now. might consider pr if they release cc version.
I hear ya @Brooke795. One of my clients who owns multiple businesses a billionaire who travels the world is still rocking the iPhone X with his original apple leather case. I always joke with him and ask can I please buy that phone and case from you. It looks so darn good.
indeed!! At least you have found Bullstrap! and many other opitons for everyone. Just those old school apple leather cases hit different.
No but if they don’t announce at 9am then they do at 12am but it looks like the Powerbeats took the spotlight today

It seems they are only releasing 1 item a day this week. Today was Powerbeat Pro 2 🙄. Rumor is that tomorrow is the SE, so if these cases are coming, it's with the SE announcement.
