Same for me, almost a perfect case all around but can't live with the finger print smudges that gives it a dirty look.

It is crazy what a CC button integrated into a case is doing this year.
I bet half of the users who have ordered the PRU wouldn’t usually touch it because of the aramid smudge magnet if it wasn’t for it.
Phone rebel have won the case battle for this year. Perfect case.
Smudge cases are no different to dirty hands.
When you get your hands dirty you go clean or wash them. You don’t go stop using them.

Some people tend to have sweaty or slightly more oily hands. you can't simply keep washing them hands.
PR Gen6 Ultra ain't made of these people (myself included). I hope they will release Ultra for the Frosted version.
Not typical of Apple silicone cases. I had the darker green and beige one at launch and they don’t have the ring and using same MagSafe charger.
That be a problem with every case then lol.
So my initial thoughts on the Ridge Everyday Case aren’t bad. It’s lacking grip pretty badly, but other than that the fit, Buttons, CC button, are all good. I like the exact speaker hole cut outs at the bottom of the case.

I think your second attempt is closer - this is what I managed in artificial light...
I think perhaps the Sheath, Tineeowl, and the Rinkes with their stone-like finish do a better job at hiding fingerprints. They all have their own issues though, that in my opinion are a much bigger deal than a few smudges.

Same old Same old. Need a titanium or silver kickstand lense. Hate the black lense, makes the case look generic
Coming from another Tinee Owl appreciator, that's great to hear and makes me optimistic. I friggin' love the grip on the Owl and have a hard time imagining liking something better. And of course zero smudging.
