OK, for that "HE" man contractor, look, there is this case. I am a big fan of DeWalt tools anyway. It has a Bluetooth speaker built into it.

Phone Rebel ultra orange kickstand deal is in today. Man, this thing is HUGE o_O I like the flat orange buttons but the kickstand thing does not thrill me at all. The Rebel logo that comes with the kit is still the fat one that sticks up too high, not the thin one that comes with the Gen 6 ultra. Here's some pics:

The buttons look awesome. I agree that the camera surround doesn’t look great - it seems out of proportion. And that’s a shame about the incorrect logo/insert. I wish they would just do away with that piece altogether.

One thing I noticed is that the camera surround on the inside makes direct contact with the glass back, with no shock absorption whatsoever. It was the same last year. If the phone drops flat on the back there’s a very high probability of shattering the glass.

I believe one of my screw holes on my tough ultra camera frame is stripped out :( just goes round and round and will not get tight :( The quality of this stuff is just amazing

I love the Phone Rebel feel and fit, but their cases are too fiddly. My camera frame pulling away from the TPU is a direct result of the overly complex design. They could take a few lessons from Caudabe in that regard. Of course, Caudabe has their own issues… lol.

Just following up. I was able to fix the gap at the corner of the Gen6 camera ring by completely removing it and then replacing it. I think the key is to carefully and slowly cinch down the screws in a pattern similar to how you would wheel lugs on a car.

A funny thing here. I installed the ESR screen protector on the 16 PM and it went on perfectly. But at first, I thought I had one of the little "things" from a tiny bit of grit, you know what I am talking about. I worked on it a little bit to smooth it out, it dawned on me it was not the grit thing but the forward-facing camera. The ESR screen protector with its great installation jig went on perfectly without even bubbles to work out.
