Silver is probably the best bet for me next year, I have the black and my Benks armor air scratched the paint off the bottom lip of my phone.
Yea I have a black 16PM with Benks Aurora ArmorAir. Been my only case since late November. I entertained a few cases here and there but if it’s not the one I return it so I always just settle on one case.

I do love seeing everyone’s cases though and staying up to date with what’s happening in the case market.

Anyway my phone has very light scuffs as well on the titanium frame that exposes the silver underneath. Nothing that can be seen once the case is on and very minor that it’s not enough for me to dwell on it. I upgrade phone every year so I don’t stress the little details as long as my screen is scratch/crack free I’m good.

I am planning on staying the ultra thin Benks route. I have noticed they are switching their camera module frames to silver a lot lately and not really doing the black camera frames anymore.

So the silver/white with the matching silver camera frame and an ultra thin Benks or Pitaka is what I’m aiming for and should look great but I’m definitely never opposed to black either.

We shall see!

I know I don’t even know why I replied, just a few peeps here chatting like they know when no one knows yet.
The rumor mill is definitely circulating right now as always since we’re getting really close.

The source I follow is MajinBu Official and every year he is pretty accurate with his predictions based on accessory manufacturers and sources close to Apple.

Yeah. I miss my Natural 15 Pro. I went from a Sierra Blue 13 Pro to the Natural 15 Pro and then Black 16 Pro. If there wasn’t another Natural type color, I think I’d go for the Blue or Orange (assuming it looked like a copper tone).

With the change back to aluminum (if true), I’d probably steer clear of dark colors though. Aluminum was always more prone to chipping of color for me.

The Blue is nice but it reminds me of my 15 PM in Blue and I got bored of the blue quickly. So that’s one color I can easily cancel out of the choices for me this year.

I just put in for an exchange with Amazon over those sharp corners on the inside of the CC button.
Please let me know if yours have the sharp corners when you receive it?
Cyber Tough case arrived today. Delivered by Amazon, as expected.

No sharp edges around the CC button. And I tried pressing the CC button numerous times, and it worked fine, without cracking. I'm pretty sure you had a defective CC button.

But I'm not crazy about the case. I really dislike the buttons - just as I remember the Commuter case, the buttons were hard to push. And I don't like the feel of TPU buttons. I guess I'm spoiled by the buttons on both the Sheath and the Rebel.

This case is definitely a tank - and almost as heavy as one. But I don't have a case for my 16PM that is as protective as this one, so I'm keeping it, even though my phone is now back in the Sheath.

I really like the "Navy Blue" color - even though it's much lighter than a true Navy Blue.

Just as I worried, my midnight Paragon is already showing multiple, noticeable scratches on the back from very light use. No drops and not setting it on rough surfaces.

I just think hard back cases are not able to stay looking nice. I may try and get them to replace with a Sheath.

Can you post a pic showing the Paragon scratches?

Sure. I know they aren’t massive, but for not being dropped or set on any rough surface, it concerns me what would happen in a drop. I think just setting it down on clean tables caused the bottom scratches and using MagSafe caused the one towards the middle.

Yea, I was afraid of scratches like that on the Paragon. I've been rolling in the Sheath for the past couple of weeks and it still looks new, no scratches, fingerprints or Magsafe bulges yet.

I’m wondering if I could find a skin that would work on the back of my midnight paragon. We’ll see what they say this week and whether they have any feedback.

I tried a 1000 grit sandpaper sponge and some some polishing cream on a cheap hard back case that also had scratches. Thought I’d just experiment. Not a good outcome. Needless to say, I won’t be trying anything on an expensive case.

I now have 3 of these ESR Cyber Edition cases sitting here  the one with the cracked CC button, the replacement Amazon sent and now out of the blue ESR sent me another replacement. The two replacements look to be just fine.

Need to ship this cracked one off to Amazon in the morning.

Wonder how a Dbrand grip case skin would line up?

I'm thinking about getting either the Spigen Tough Armor or the Caudabe Synthesis for the iPhone 16. Which would you go with, or is there another good option I'm unaware of?

The tough armor looks more protective but based on reviews etc I'm not sure if the caudabe synthesis would be just as good or better. Tineeowl looks good too but I only have the 16 standard (not pro) so that isn't an option for me.

I just want to get the most protective case (within reason). I wouldn't want to go much bulkier than the tough armor though. Has anyone owned both of these? What would you suggest?
