Every opinion counts and is respected of course, but I really can’t help but find it curious that people criticize the Paragon for having the flush sides for swiping, when the dbrand Grip, the Mous, and the Phone Rebel cases have been doing the same forever and nobody has complained about it. Guess it’s good that those options are there for people who like that, and those who don’t have plenty of other great options out there. Just saying the Paragon isn’t the first or only case to be built like that to ease swiping.

My Paragons (black and ruby) should be here either today or tomorrow. Will share pictures if anybody is remotely still interested lol

Unlike the Paragon and Pitaka MG, the Limitless and Gen 6 both have a small lip even in the lowest areas.

I think it would be very unlikely for the sides to make contact with any drop on a flat surface. My guess is that it would have to fall on a non-flat surface to make contact, in which case a lip wouldn’t likely matter.

I have no science to back that up. Just a guess, obviously.

I think you’re right. I just don’t understand what I perceive as a poor design. I suppose one must assume the reverse lip is done on purpose, but I think most would agree it’s a strange design choice for this type of case (full coverage, 50 grams, 15’ drop rated).

Ended up making quite a bit of extra side money this month, so i found myself ordering the Blue Wave or wave tech or what not color of the aspen with express shipping and some of that leather oil lol need to get 2 good months out of it 🙈
Let me know what you think of those please. I’ve always been fan but never took the plunge to try!

It looks indestructible!

What do you think of it? I have two ESR clear cases (one with Stash stand, one without). I really like the stash stand.

ESR cases seem to have the strongest MagSafe magnets. I found the camera control on both cases kind of herky-jerky, so they fell out of the rotation.

This case really reminds me of the Otterbox Commuter. I wonder if this might be the case I should have for travel/outdoor use, changing back to the Sheath when the phone is in less peril.

Yes, very similar to the Otterbox Commuter, feels way more robust than I remember the commuter being. This thing is one major TANK. The sides are pretty slippery if you are not grabbing it by the silicone areas. Magesafe is very strong and the button works just fine. I do have one concern with the inside of the CC button as it seems to have a couple sharp corners on the insides. Might do an exchange on Amazon.

I like that it has a charge port cover and mesh covers over the speaker/mic areas.

I believe the phone would survive a 30 foot drop in this case with no problems at all.

I'm convinced I need to have this case! ;) Ordered it in Navy Blue, direct from ESR, as I had a 20% off coupon from them, so it was $5 cheaper than Amazon. Most likely, they'll have this shipped from Amazon - they always have before.

I just put in for an exchange with Amazon over those sharp corners on the inside of the CC button.
Please let me know if yours have the sharp corners when you receive it?
