I've got the Grey Prodigee Formula case for the 16 Pro. So far so good it seems a good case. Smooth back, grippier sides but not sticky so it doesn't get stuck when it goes in your pocket. Seems well made - the only bit which might be vulnerable is the thin bit between the camera button and the screen. Camera button is easily accessible and I'm not bothered that it is exposed. Colour of Formula goes well with my Titanium Watch Ultra and Nomad Ultra Orange strap.
That's good! So it's the main case you are using?

Just ordered my ghost 2.0 case too. Have avoided clear cases because I knew I was getting this.

After all the messing about and waiting this truly best be THE best clear case I’ve ever used.

I Googled and can't find this, so can someone please explain why a copper rod capture button is bad? Thanks!
Supcase uses a copper rod type camera control button, which works, but not as well as the Apple or Spigen buttons that use a more sophisticated design. Also, some are concerned the copper rods might scratch the sapphire camera control button, but frankly that seems unlikely given how soft copper is in relation to sapphire.

Trying out another flavor of the Pitaka Tactile Woven case.

Anybody tried the Nomad Rugged? Is it a good case with good grip?
It was one of my favorite cases last year. A friend has the new one and it’s nearly identical. The camera control cutout though, is hard to use because it’s so deep and narrow. I’d say it’s fine for simply launching the camera, but the half presses and swipes are difficult in my opinion. YMMV.

Nomad told me they’re working on a camera control button, but didn’t have a timeline other than “2025”.

Back for more I see of this type of case 😉

Did you return the other one(s)?
I did. I was actually going to keep the first Pitaka but the camera ring started coming loose after just a couple of times removing it. I was a bit concerned, but I’ve had a few Pitaka cases over the past years and the quality was always stellar, so I think it was a fluke. We’ll see.

As for skinny style cases in general, they have their drawbacks, but it’s hard to beat the feel in hand, which can become addictive as you know. The edges were bothering me for a short while, but to paraphrase SJ, I was holding it wrong... lol.

How is this case? Do you like it? Is it worth the coin? Is it grippy, or slippery?
I like it. The fit is tight, buttons are perfect, it's not extra grippy but not that slippery either. The only con is the camera control hole is kind of tight ;) and might be hard to work with fat fingers.

I would also like to try the "Vegan" one they are selling.
