Can confirm my brown one for pro max does not have a gap. I’ll check the black tomorrow at work
In the leather thread here, some thoughts are that the Pro Max versions may not have the issue. Just the pros.

How long did it take to get to you? It says ships in January
Actually graphite isn't dark at all (at least for me). I expected to be more black - that's why I ordered it to Desert Titanium. I was very disappointed, because it looks more like silver polished version. It’s probably because graphite is darker?
I have rose bronze on my phone as long as graphite and I can't find any scratched so far. I don't understand it 🤷♂️. On graphite version to opposite is already some...I'm glad to hear this because the Rose Bronze is so shiny and beautiful that I would think it's most susceptible to scratches.
It sure won me over @Hooterville! Never even gave them any attention until this years CC and now I’m all in on the thinny thin life.I'm kind of enjoying that thinny thin Pitaka
Awesome, just ordered. Can’t wait!Once it shipped it only took a few days to get to me.

Here are some more photos of the RYAN London. Most everything is amazing on this case, the CC button is great, the buttons are better than the cutout version of the closed bottom, but the gap in the USB-C port is just a bit big fo
Is this gap similar to what the old otterbox cactus had ? I can’t see the gap in the photo and some of the videos I seen don’t show one ..I hope I’m not disappointed when mine comes .View attachment 2472220View attachment 2472221View attachment 2472222View attachment 2472224View attachment 2472229

I never owned the Otterbox cactus cases, so I can't speak to that. I will say its noticeable, but does effect the use of the case. If the visual doesn't bother you, you should be good. You also may not have the issue. Is this gap similar to what the old otterbox cactus had ? It seems if you have a 16 PM, it's more likely you won't have the issue. Not sure I'd be happy with that gap if we know there are ones out there that haven't got it.
Looks exactly like the Cactus gapIs this gap similar to what the old otterbox cactus had ? I can’t see the gap in the photo and some of the videos I seen don’t show one ..I hope I’m not disappointed when mine comes .
Really appreciate you reporting back on all of this. I am so ready to order one for my Pro but that gap would drive me nuts, I think. And it sounds like it isn't even a lottery if it's as designed. Guess I'll hold off for more reports from Pro users. It seems if you have a 16 PM, it's more likely you won't have the issue.
Apparently Jun at RL says this was designed on purpose this way. I don't really think the gap was, but I think the bigger port size was. Seems the PM must have more room without creating a gap. I have been chatting with Jun, and has said twice that there is not a fit issue even after seeing the pictures. Take that how you will. They have amazing customer service, so I am exploring what else they can offer me. For me that's a deal breaker for a case. I own both the black and saddle brown open bottom cases from them and have no issues at all with those cases. I think they choose the wrong option by making the port bigger.
Edit: An update, Jun did make it right for me. So I will still wholeheartedly stand with RYAN London. If you have any issues, they will look out for you.
Absolutely! And yes to an extent I think it was designed, but I think the bigger whole was designed not the gap. Maybe there are some Pro cases that don't suffer from it, but like you said I wouldn't want to play the lottery with this. These are not easy returns like Amazon cases.Really appreciate you reporting back on all of this. I am so ready to order one for my Pro but that gap would drive me nuts, I think. In the meantime, sending back this PR6 that I ordered (I had actually tried to cancel it before it shipped, to no avail because I had a feeling...). And that feeling was confirmed upon arrival - the CC hole is not usable for me. And I may be in the minority here, but I actually find the case sides to be slippery. Do really like everything else about it though.
What happened to that beauty forest green Pitaka you were rocking for a minute dude!!About a week in and zero scratches on the back. The grip is incredible. It’s the only case I’ll be using until Apple drops more colors to the sili lineup.
And just how long did it take to actually ship?Once it shipped it only took a few days to get to me.
Who was the seller?Still waiting on my Ghost 2.0. I bought it from someone in the UK. I told him to use UPS, he got lazy and shipped with Royal Mail. So it ended up with PostNL. I paid 20 bucks on customs and taxes. Guess what? The case is stuck with PostNL and will be delivered ‘within 7 days’.
This is exactly why I told him to use UPS. PostNL is a lazy business. I am so upset now.
