Exactly! And I've reached out several times. Their last update about preorders was on September 26th. In that update my order was still scheduled for late September shipment.
It would save their inbox from getting flooded with a simple general email....but I guess that would make too much sense. I have other non-17 Pro Max items in that order and those are being held up I guess to ship together with the preorder which is annoying too.
So when I decided late last week to cancel my Caudabe Synthesis order I ordered a Tac Premium Onyx Clear case. It is super thin, so it has cutouts for the buttons, but it is nice in the hand. It is a finger print magnet though.

When you ordered the ARC Pulse, did it come before the estimated delivery date on Veho? Mine shows October 8th, and just arrived to the PA facility last night.
It's almost like they received the whole order of new cases from China and realized they were all wrong or defective and now have to wait on a whole new batch. They just don't want to tell anyone about it. If they don't tell us it never happened. That's why they are avoiding the emails, messages and have been silent for a week. Just sucks they've had mine and everyone else's money this whole time an we've gotten nothing.
Sadly this is why I cancelled my order. It was too much of a hassle imo sitting and waiting with no info.
It’s become the same thing every year with Caudabe. I used to chalk it up to growing pains, but now it’s just pain… lol.
I wonder if you can use the Apple Account balance to buy in store with self checkout?
Well, Well, Well. It looks like my Caudabe order has finally shipped. I received an email with tracking. The USPS tracking doesn't have an eta yet but there is movement. Guess it was the last message I sent them asking if they were going out of business.
I think we will reach 200 pages only by discussing Caudabe's **** show.
I am actually surprised how much I'm liking the tech woven case on my 17PM.
I finally sent my 13PM in and it was still in its Bullstrap leather case and it felt weird, I mean just like before but I'm liking the feel of the tech woven case better than the leather...

which case did you order? Wondering if they are finally releasing the paragon's from jail.
17Pro Paragon Midnight precise. I have a set of scarlet buttons and screen protector in the order as well.

Yes. I SHOULD have it no later than next Wednesday. I will post pics. I have already received violet and cobalt buttons along with the scarlet that are on the way. Not sure what color buttons I will go with. Maybe one of each...
