My Open Sheath and Open Paragon got shipped yesterday after a long wait. Now it will take about 1 Week until I get it. I am excited.
When Caudabe has stock they are pretty good about processing and transit times depending your location.
my true experience with dbrand shipping has been poor. i don’t like their tiers. standard to the us was osm shipping which took forever and osm ended up giving to usps for final delivery. now standard is amazon shipping. i guess it depends on where you live, but to california it’s about a week. express is usps ground advantage. premium is fedex. i’ve talked with them. standard should be ground advantage and express priority. i’ve ordered from them a lot over the years. i’ve never had good luck. my orders usually ship 3-5 business days after purchase. hopefully @Hooterville will have better luck.
Sorry if I mssed your post... What brand of cases are on the iPad and iPhone?
I agree about the scrolling, but I'm too paranoid to go back to an open bottom case. It's been a while...
They should just ship ground advantage and call it a day and offer express shipping(UPS Ground etc). The other kicker is process time.

Looks great with the silver iPhone. I have the gray myself with matching silver buttons. Should be getting my black Sheath today, I like stealthy.
Ran the midnight Paragon yesterday to be sure which I like better. The Sheath checks more boxes. I know some say the back isn’t slippery. For me it’s borderline slippery with a little “grit”. Not enough grit for me the way I handle my phone.

Nope I don't use it. #1, I. switch cases so much that it would look weird on open camera plateau cases. But also, for me, the misalignment is so minor that it's barely noticeable and no one is ever looking at that. I wouldn't worry about it.
Good info here, thanks! I've been ordering from DBrand for years as well and never put together which shipping tier corresponds to which shipping company.
My own anecdotal experience (since I'm in the middle of waiting right now). Ordered their screen protector for my Pixel 10 Pro Fold last Wednesday. Got a shipping notification overnight last night, and it says delivery on Friday of the upcoming week. So, a couple of days for processing, and a week or so for standard shipping. Not too bad, but it would be nice if that were just a bit faster.
When I ordered my Grip for the 17 Pro, it took about the same amount of time with the same shipping.
I'm pretty sure the holidays are affecting every company right now too. I've noticed Prime shipping with Amazon isn't working out to 2-day right now. Everything for me that's Prime is like 4-day shipping. And I've got a major Amazon warehouse about 2 miles away from me.
Yea sounds like the processing time is the issue.
I know there’s been issue with Caudabe. But to use an example. If I order before I believe the 9:00am cutoff, order will be processed and shipped the same day. If ordered after 9:00am will be shipped the next day. Even next day processing is good.

I’m having the same issue, do you use anything specific or just a damp washcloth?
This is the one drawback with this material, as it does have a tendency to show different debris for lack of a better way to say it. Mine only sits in my pocket and it comes out a mess.
If you’re referring to the Sheath gray doesn’t do that. I have the Midnight Paragon which is black. Since the Paragon has the Shocklite polymer on the edges I do experience what you’re experiencing because most likely it’s black.
I’m gonna actually try and rinse off a little bit my black sheath. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue with this material, but I’ve only had the case for three weeks.
Success. A dish towel, slightly damp and, with a little dish soap took care of it. Although I’m not overly enthused about having to clean my cases.
