Mine fell almost 4 feet onto a tile floor. Case and phone completely unharmed.
Caudebe just emailed me back, their cases have been stuck in customs for over a week, and they have no stock for the US 🙁 I told her to change my gray Sheath to the blue one (if it ships right away) or just cancel my order.

The scarlet buttons I ordered with my Paragon are 2.4.
My Paragon, the lip is wrapped over the screen a little all around. The lip does dip through the middle on both sides though, as others have stated like a banana.
That's strange as the 2.4 were buttons they shipped last year for the 16 cases.
So now they’re shipping last year’s buttons with this year’s cases… 🤦🏻♂️
Currently not feeling as bad about cancelling my order… lol.

Seems like more issues with the PM. I was sent the correct buttons for my Pro.

Same for me, except I take it off problably every 3-4 days. Phone still looks as new. I have dropped it a couple of times, both case and phone still looks flawless.
It seems pretty simple. When any company—not only Caudabe—comes into the spotlight after a review, there are going to be both positive and negative reactions. There’s nothing too unusual about that.
Differing viewpoints are what make for interesting discussion. Let’s not turn this into a product fanboy thread, which we have far too many of already.
What is the difference between the 2.4 and 2.5 buttons? I do think the scarlet buttons I have stick out a little bit. They don’t rattle though.
They are just not affordable here, and 3 weeks shipping normally, and too much hassle if get a dud to return.

Just thought they actually had inventory now that everything has the "add to cart" button. Ordered the ember Paragon, paid $9.99 for FedEx 2 day shipping and it shipped right away the next morning. Order the gray Sheath separate, paid the same $9.99 FedEx 2 day shipping again, and nothing but crickets, no shipment at all.

After seeing your post earlier and realizing I hadn't heard anything since ordering my black Sheath with silver buttons yesterday morning (I also paid for the upgraded shipping), I emailed them and told them to cancel the order. Of course, I got the standard "we're experiencing high email volume, yada, yada, yada". So we'll see if they get it canceled.
After seeing good reviews of the Phone Rebel here, I decided to grab one from Amazon. It arrived today and luckily I still had the titanium buttons from my 15 Pro Max, so I popped those in.
It feels awesome and fits great. The top is definitely more easily flexed than the older versions, but you'd never notice it unless you actually pull on it.

My only complaint is I find the Paragon to be too slippery when I tried the case last year.

Easily my favorite case so far. This takes “feels good in the hand” to the next level. Perfect weight, size, grip, back feel. I ordered the orange buttons and plateau border but haven’t installed the border yet. Just the buttons. I may even change the rebel logo piece back to the default black one. I also ordered the black plateau cover but idk how I feel about the big gen7 branding and also heard that it may scuff up the aluminum on the phone. I can see a fraction of a millimeter width wise of the top orange bezel but it’s such a tiny amount that I don’t notice it and it still looks fully blacked out in the front. Super strong magnet too.
One thing I did find weird is that by default it came with all black buttons except for one, the small action button. The orange button kit already includes an orange action button so now I have two of them but I wish it came with a black action button to mix and match with.
A better plateau cover without the branding would make it the perfect case for me.
Out of all the cases I tried so far, here is how I rank them from best to worse:
