Just got my Nomad Modern Case and this is by far my favorite case. Looks so sick and clean. Buttons are very tactile and clicky. Really impressed with this one.

So I've been using the Arc Pulse for the 17 PM for about a month and a half. Several people have noticed the bottom piece of the pulse is causing the frame of the iphone to be pushed in. When I received my phone at launch, it was flush on all sides.

Anyone else with an arc pulse who can test this? Mine is showing the same issue as the images above. I have contacted Arc about the issue.

It’s going to be interesting to see which cases got the most usage when you guys switch to the next iPhone.

I keep returning to the Grip case. It’s just so unique. The leather skin also adheres better to the slope than the other two skins I tried (still not perfect though).
Wonder if the Sheath will be the GOAT for me, after this Odyssey. I definitely know which cases I won’t get next time 😂

I’ll be keeping this phone for two years so these cases will see some use.

I keep going back to my Pitaka Summa Case, although it's starting to turn blue from my jeans. I've emailed asking about the Moonrise color, but doesn't seem like anytime soon.

Wow, that sucks. Sadly, it seems highly unlikely Arc is going to take responsibility for this. Hopefully you have AC+…

That’s shocking, do think they’ve messed up with how soft the pros are this year. Hope they make some changes next year or the fold is worth a go, it doesn’t appeal right now but if it’s basically 2 iPhone airs it may be more durable.

Good luck with ARC, they were useless for my return, sold it on eBay after their complete lack of response to multiple emails

Wow this actually happened to me! I used the arc pulse for about a week and then took it off and felt this, thinking it must have been there from the start (but I hadn’t felt it before the arc pulse). Can’t believe it’s from that case

Yeah, I can see it. :-( What will you do now?

I sent ARC a message; dont really think I can do anything about the iPhone having that indent. I'll try to take a better pic of it with an actual iPhone rather than my MacBook and send it to them. Hopefully they can just straight up refund me for the price of the case. If they deny my request or bs me, I'll have to do my part and be vocal about their case causing damage
Bummer. It’s hard to know whether to blame the case or the ridiculously fragile phone.

100% the case. In the other reddit thread, there was someone who got a phone exchanged three times, and arc pulse did the same thing to each phone. The phone is fragile but not fragile to the point where the frame goes inward, its caused by the tightness of the bottom piece of the arc pulse resting on that side. When i first got my phone, i know a common complaint was people didn't have a fully flush back piece so I made sure mine did... and it did. Now it doesn't after using the arc pulse. I have not dropped it once.

That's really annoying. AppleCare won't cover it then, will it? But ultimately it's just a cosmetic issue, right? Or do you expect this little loophole to cause other problems?

I don't have applecare. I'm usually very careful with my products so I usually never get it
