Not a big leather case fan; fat hands dry and often find them slippery as heck… this caught my eye though..

I‘m happy with his top 3 I have here. But he has skipped several popular cases this year. Would have loved to see him testing the Phone Rebel for example (I don’t think anybody has this time?).
Also, the Rhinoshield Mod NX (5. place) has reviews from people who’s iPhone popped out of the case when dropped. 🤷🏻‍♀️
Guess you can’t go wrong with the top 3 here, though.

It’s sad that he skipped dbrand Grip 😭

My brain still can’t compute that Flolab Surtect is the grail. Bizarre as it sure doesn’t look like anything special. . Tempted to take a flyer on one though like a idiotard lol.
I think the only plausible explanation is the near 360 degree TPE lining they use. It’s not an attractive case and isn’t on my radar for purchase. For full protection, the Mous is far more appealing to me.

Yeah, the Phone Rebel is a glaring omission.

I’ve read, and it might be incorrect, the TPE lining isn’t totally covering in the base 17 case. I’ll personally stick with my mous case.

Just bought an Ember Paragon to try. All my cases are black so will be a nice change to have something brighter. Will put my Sheath black buttons on it, are the CC buttons swappable? Will swap with my black Sheath if so.

Bit annoyed that a 30% discount code means you have an extra £6 shipping charge that diminishes the 'reward' a fair bit. 👎🏻

Yea the Sheath as he said doesn’t add much bulk vs other cases but is dense which explains the weight.

As a Sheath owner happy with the scoring. The Flolab isn't attractive to me at all, and that is part of my scoring. Not sure I have any complaints on the Sheath MagSafe strength either...Of all my cases, the Thinborne has the strongest MagSafe by far
